Did not fix my phone and charged me for doing nothing. A really bad experience like most customers to this shop. You will notice the shop owners friends and family score it 5 and the customers score it 1. Make your own mind up what you think of this appallingly phone repair shop.

The phone engineer in the shop is completely clueless. Gives it the big I am but can't repair a phone with faulty case. I wouldn't recommend this phone repair shop to my worst enemy. Stay well clear.

I had an iPhone screen repaired for £75, after a few weeks the screen went blank, but the phone was still on, I returned, and the owner said he would repair it, after the phone was repaired, he demanded I pay again with ONLY a £5 discount off the full repair price even though he had fitted the new screen a few weeks earlier!! Now after another few weeks, the screen has gone blank, again!!!! There has definitely been no dropping or damage on my side, either I'm very unlucky to have two screens in the space of two months break, or you can make your own judgment on this situation, STAY AWAY - disgusting scam artists!

Aro Phones is probably the worst mobile phone shop you'll ever visit if you dare to go there. The shop assistance scowls at you as you come into his shop and gets defensive when you tell him what you want. He tries to humiliate you and tell you don't know what you are talking about. Then at some point he gets so angry he tells you to leave his shop and that he has nothing to sell that you can buy. It is the nastiest mobile shop in all of UK. Do not under any circumstances visit this shop as you will leave with nothing but insults and good riddance.

Absolute con artist, screen repair done for £75, no drops or even scratches on my end, screen stopped working after a week. It wouldn’t respond when I tapped on the screen and the back of the phone was put on poorly. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Went in was looking around the fella was rude and stroppy with me I felt pushed out. Wasn't a pleasant experience
