Pregnancy Flow

I have been attending Claire's pregnancy yoga and have found it so beneficial. She is so intuitive and really knows what she is talking about. I really look forward to my Friday night sessions and always feel calm and relaxed. I have also gone to her for the pregnancy massage. This is by far the best massage I have ever had. I do pregnancy yoga here and it is amazing. I look forward to it every week. Always a lovely bunch of girls and so relaxing. My favourite hour of the day. The teacher claire is very professional and always helpful with any advise needed etc. would highly recommended.
