First class service from start to finish

We recently had some issues with our water tank. Called HGS via recommendation from the previous owner of our property. Could not fault the service from start to finish, they sent an engineer out as quickly as they could. The issue was with a failed thermocouple and a blocked injector. The thermocouple was replaced and the blockage cleared with no issues, the engineer was lovely and pleasant and gave us some additional information about our system, which was great as we havent lived in the property very long. Received an invoice for services a few weeks later via email... very reasonable on cost and could not have been simpler to pay (via bank transfer). I'll absolutely continue using HGS to service and repair our heating system moving forward and I have already recommended them to several people!
