Initial order was not as expected - sale item and not aware of non- return policy for some items. Customer care team were supportive and helpful, so I have ordered again. Delivered quickly and so impressed with quality of item and sizing.

I have bought four dresses, a rain coat and a jumper. I have had such super compliments on all of the clothing. I have just told my husband I am going to get a few more jumpers. The fit is great, the quality is great and I am one extremely happy customer.

As always an easy order and speedy delivery. My cat loves the paper bag it arrives in, she lies on it and judges my new outfits. Very happy with well made and comfortable clothing.

A super, stunning simply amazing entrance of the new season. Plenary to choose from the previous season but some great designs, cut and coloured in exciting new tones. Each season this thoughtfully creative team of designers produces clothes styled beautifully using a long lasting exciting range of fabrics. Saint and Sofia inviting us on e again on a new adventure.

Excellent range of clothes (and shoes) that are both comfortable and beautiful to wear. Everything I’ve ordered from this company has always been of excellent quality. I feel like I have to address the many negative reviews regarding refund policy- it is down to the customer to read the refund policy- don’t assume free refunds as many companies no longer offer free refunds due to the cost of processing a return and due to many people abusing the system and returning too often. All of the dresses I’ve purchased from here wash very well and the noho boots have such soft buttery leather that no “breaking in” of the shoes were necessary which is often needed for many boots of a similar style from high street stores of a similar price.

The shop itself is great, with lovely packaged clothes arriving quickly. My only issue is the two pairs of trousers I ordered in the same size were quite different in size. They are great quality though

I bought two pairs of trousers. They fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable but, stylish enough for me to wear in the office. I'm going to get a lot of wear out of these. The service was swift and arrived in recyclable packaging. Thank you!

I have place my order on 08/30 for leather shoes and a wool sweater. Order arrived 09/07. It was my first order and things just didn’t look right- shoes were a bit too big and leather looked cheap, and sweater didn’t have a nice texture- no worries, cause I checked return policy. I tried to set up the return only to find out that I can’t return the items after 08/26!!!! I can only get store credits as that was final sale which would be just fine- BUT it was NOT listed it’s final sale!!! Tried contacting them and got automated type of reply. As customers, we need to have faith in the brand and feel safe in the shopping experience and so far this is not evoking confidence.

Received a faulty pair of trousers 4 times! I love these pieces when they are right, but receiving 4 faulty pairs of trousers in a row is beyond the joke. I even pleaded in my last note for the the replacement pair to be properly quality checked before sending and actually received the first faulty pair that I returned, back! Such a shame because the clothing in theory is lovely.
