I was able to see an NHS dentist which was great. The staff were all friendly and efficient. I was also able to book a 6 monthly checkup as well so very pleased with the service here today.

Fantastic service and care today from my dentist, School Lane, Chilwell. Having fractured a tooth last night I contacted the dentist at 9:10 this morning, was seen by the dentist at 9:30 and an appointment made to repair said tooth at 12:40. Many thanks to all at the practice, much appreciated.

THERE NHS DENTIST IS RUDE. The 1st time I met him I was accompaning my partner and he was really rude almost offensive in the way he spoke to BOTH of us. I left straight away and said I don't want to see him. The following day we had to go back so he could rectify the work and he was even worse! Regardless to his passion to oral health, he should not be working with people! This is something I'm going to report to the GDC!

School Lane Dental Services. Phoned to book an appointment due to tooth pain and was given one the next day. Receptionist was polite, calming and very helpful. Arrived for appointment and although 10 minutes early was seen straight away. Dentist was excellent and explained throughout the appointment exactly what he was doing and why. I must say that this was one of the best dental appointments I have ever attended and fully recommend the practice to those seeking a dentist.

This is by far the most unreliable dental practice I've ever had the misfortune to use. I can almost guarantee that I'll get a call 20 minutes before my appointment telling me the dentist has 'car trouble' or there's been a mix up and the dentist is on annual leave". Reception staff are polite... ish

Such a lovely small practice. The staff are very welcoming and the dentist I saw took loads of time to make me comfortable when I have been nervous before. Would recommend!

Disgusting NHS service - my young children haven't been seen for 2 years as they keep cancelling the appointment with no explanation, and my husband is currently in horrendous pain but they can't give him an EMERGENCY appointment for 7 weeks!! Avoid at all costs. Money grabbing leeches.

Needed an emergency appointment quickly. Rang practice and spoke to a nice lady on reception and had an appointment the same afternoon. Arrived and saw the dentist straight away who did a quick filling. Thank you!
