this company is scam. they will even charge for what u have not used such as kitchen and cafe . on top of that when agreement was signed fr 12 months but automatically made 13 month.

The thing that sets this office apart from other Regus offices is the standard of staff that service the office.In particular, Ataaib is a credit to Regus. He is always the first to help and nothing is too big an ask. He is friendly, welcoming and provides a first class service to all visitors to the office.

Great location and very helpful staff. David and the rest of the lovely team are incredibly supportive.

I've always found the staff to be very attentive and friendly, in particular Ataaib and Indre. Nothing is ever too much of a problem and even when we're out and about outside the office and we see them they make a special effort to ask how we are and if everything is okay with the office.

Great location with great travel connections. Great staff especially Ataaib, Alina, and Kalpna who have been amazing at helping us out. Always warm friendly and welcoming and happy to chat no matter how busy they are.

Incorrect invoices without fail, abuse of direct debits to steal money they are not owed. Poor quality facilities from lifts that seldom work to endless problems with the plumbing. Mysterious 5 star reviews from accounts that have never reviewed anywhere else.

We have become a Regus client recently. The centre is overcrowded and has not seen any investment for years. Centre team appears overworked and struggles with the workload. We will not extend our lease and move out again, not the business environment for us.

Where shall I start from?Extortionate charges: 600+VAT for a spilled coffee? yes, that is right, this is Regus for you.Centre manager David is a bully. He makes fun of people, shouts behind your back, threatens you every 5 mins, barges in your office without knocking on your door etc etc. I have never seen him smiling, he has this presence which makes people feel uncomfortable. Being a tenant at Regus Strand is like being in the 5th grade.Facilities? Always dirty, wc continually blocked, kitchen filthy.Repairing a hot water machine took 2 weeks.They vacuum the place in the middle of a work day. Imagine you need to concentrate and someone is vacuuming the corridor.Overall extremely expensive, dirty, and rude. There are many better alternatives to Regus if you wish to rent a serviced office. Don't do it, you will only regret Regus.UPDATE: WE HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED 700 GBP UNDER THE DISGUISE OF RESTORATION. WE USED A 20 m2 SPACE AND WE DID NOTHING TO DESTROY IT. THE WALLS EVEN DID NOT NEED PAINING.THIS IS EXTORTION!!!UPDATE: 01.02.2023 this morning we received another invoice for a service we cancelled two months ago as well as an invoice for services we have not asked for (mail forwarding etc) WE ARE STILL BEING ROBBED BY REGUS!KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT. I WASTE SO MUCH TIME WITH THEM I CANNOT DO MY WORK.

Great location right in the center of London with great transport links and lunch options. The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Ataaib. I appreciate the friendly hello every morning and the chocolate treats on Fridays!.
