So, I found my car ideal car on auto trader, perfect colour, panoramic sunroof automatic etc. the vertu website described the car as the same. So, I set off on a 80mile journey to the Aylesbury showroom. To arrive to find the car with NO panoramic sunroof! A complete waste of journey, not only was it put on auto trader incorrectly but also on the website. The company should really think and be extra vigilant when describing a car, as not only have I wasted my time and petrol to come and see the car, but also I have used up annual leave for no reason, all due to false advertisement. The sales person didn’t know what to say as he was just as shocked as I was.

I paid £149 for diagnostics and they didn’t manage to find out a diagnosis for the issue in my car, then asked me for another £160 so they can spend more time trying to find out what’s wrong with the car.A waste of time and money, also after the service they didn’t wash the car which is routine in other Mercedes dealerships, they didn’t offer roadside assistance which is usually basic service when you join a service plan in other Mercedes dealerships in the UK

It was the worst experience of my life at Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury. The specialists I dealt with were incompetent and unprofessional. Just the lady in the reception was kind and she was care about the clients no one else.My car had a receiver faulty (at that time I did not know), vehicle did not lock/unlock, even though I could drive. On 21st September 2023 I took my car to Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury. I explained that the key fob battery was replaced and both keys normally worked for a week and after both keys did not lock/unlock the car, therefore I was sure that this is not keys fault and asked to perform an electric part diagnostic. I paid £149 for the diagnostic and later they told me that it was the keys fault and I need to buy a new key. When I expressed my doubts, the dealer Nicusor told me that this was determined by a specialist who has about 30 years of the experience in this field and no reasons to doubt or distrust his competence. I had to agree, paid £205.20 and ordered a new key. The new key was working the same way as the other two I already had.I paid £198 for the additional diagnostic, which took 3 hours. I was informed that I would have had to pay £447 (£149x3), but they gave me a discount. I was confused and shocked. It was detected the FFV receiver fault. Due to the new key I was assured, that the only a new key will work properly after replacement of the receiver and the other keys will not work.Currently my car is fully repaired. A simple garage (Mercedes authorised) carried out their own diagnostic in less than an hour, and as I mentioned it above, for highly qualified specialists of Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury it took 3 hours. The car was repaired and all keys now work perfectly. Finally I do not have any nightmares.I wasted a lot of time and money. Key diagnostic which I did not even ask was wrong, plus I experienced a lot of stress and disappointment, if my English is not 100%, does not mean that someone can treat my this way.I do not recommend the service of this garage to anyone and I will also report to Mercedes head office.

My experience was ver good - I saw Jaeden about 5-6 times and he always made me feel very welcome also the lady on the front desk as you enter the show room. Jaeden was very professional apologised if I didn’t understand anything and always took his his time when explaining about the car. Once everything was signed and sealed he kept in touch by e- mail and phone to make sure I was happy and enjoying my new car. If I could rate Jaeden it would be at 100% but definitely 5 out of 5.
