I got to the shop just as it was closing, and I had a problem with charging my airpods. The man helped me with it straight away and fixed it for free. There was something stuck in the charging port. I’d had a warranty on them but he didn’t ask me for anything before I left. I appreciate it, so thank you to the man working there.

Took my son's MacBook Pro to them on Wednesday and asked if they could rush this as he was going back Friday.On Thursday they said it's all done and we can send to home address if needed.I picked it up on Thursday and was really impressed with the service.Fast service and not as expensive as apple.Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Started having issues with my work Mac.Dreaded the thought of going into an Apple Store for them to look at it. Noticed AA on the Apple website and contacted them as 5 minutes from me and an authorised service centre.Went down and saw Korey - what a thoroughly nice chap and super knowledgable.Resolved my issue and updated to newest OS as well. Tested for 24 hours on high load.All sorted. Thanks Korey - What an absolute legend for sorting this out.If I could give 10 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a problem with my iPhone not working with mobile data. Phoned them up and they said to drop by. Unusal problem as everything hardware wise was working. After investigating the settings they managed to sort it out.Very polite staff, very friendly and make you feel valued which you don't get in shops these days.I have used AA Mac on occasions for the last few years and have never been disappointed with their service!

My husband, Shakil Tayub cannot thank these guys enough. He received an amazing service from AA Mac. They managed to identify and repair the speaker issue with his Iphone 12 in 2 hours. If you have an issue with any of your Apple products, this is the place to go. Great professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class service from Shemar (apologies if I have spelt name incorrectly). I took my (slightly damp) iphone 11 into the shop on Monday, as I couldn't restore it myself. I thought my phone was totally dead but Shemar managed to restore it there and then and gave me great advice. I am now recommending AA mac to my friends and family! Many thanks, Michelle

Super fast and efficient service, and employees were super friendly. My phone and airpods were serviced by Shemar who was incredibly kind and very good at explaining everything and providing me with great support.
