I would highly recommend them , I dropped my iPhone 7 and smashed the screen quite bad. They fixed it and works good as new, have no trouble with it. I waited to give a review just to make sure my phone all worked. That’s was 3 ago. It did cost £100 but have heard a lot of people that have had it done in other shops , have had nothing but trouble plus the guys that work there were lovely

Very good, knowledgeable and polite. The guy was helpful and friendly. Wont boot you in the nuts for a watch battery as some do.

Paid nearly £11 for new heel plastic bits picked up and half a heel polished on each you think for that price would of polished them as was already on polish section - won’t be going back

Regular customer. Staff are long serving skilled and friendly. This visit was to pick up a dog's headstone - so good for signs (and other stuff) as well as shoe, phone and watch repairs.

Dave and Dean in Timpsons in Stevenage, always go the extra mile to help their customers.I needed a pair of weightlifting shoes resoled with a special material before a major competition and they managed to track it down and repair them for me at a very reasonable price, all within in a matter of days. Thanks Gents!

Friendly and very good service. Offered to re-sole my shoes on the same day and didn’t charge for shinning my brogue boots. First time using and will be back. Would recommend to anyone.
