Baywater Healthcare Ltd

A shocking level of service and a total lack of care. They can't even deliver an emergency order that the hospital placed for me over a week ago!! They insist that they have to carry out a 'risk assessment' including checking the electrical sockets in my house yet their technicians aren't qualified electricians and they have never checked any sockets before when installing my permanent equipment. Also, none of the equipment they supply is PAT tested so how do I/they know that the equipment is safe to use? Lots of excuses and 'I don't knows' when you speak to them on the phone.The NHS should award a second contract to a different company so that the patients can choose who they want to use. As long as Baywater Healthcare have the monopoly they will continue to do as they please!!

Rang baywater as my oxygen concentrator was making a funny noise ..they sent a technician out a Young lady who was brilliant ..so kind and courteous..thank you for your excellent service and an even bigger thanks to the younh lady who was on call and swapped my machine . .Thank you so much ...

Service has been fantastic, and the technicians have been so helpful and friendly thanks Bay water.

Back to normal service , I hope all works are now finished and we can relax. We will see this weekend how next week goes. As always the technician is helpful and kind.Michael

Just terrible service from baywater. my dad was reliant on oxygen 24 hours a day requiring a high prescription to be delivered daily. Baywater say because of the upgrades that they can only fulfil 50% of the prescription, the driver would arrive and bring less than 50%. some days the amount delivered wouldn’t even get him through the night. Last Sunday baywater delivered NOTHING to my dad, we had to call the emergency line to place an urgent 4 hour order and still nothing arrived. My dad could not move, couldn’t use the toilet and was too scared to speak all he could do was stay still and try to remain calm. My dad sadly passed away on Thursday morning and I truly believe that this problem with baywater over the last few months has not helped keeping him calm and has 100% contributed towards the stress and anxieties towards the end of his life. not impressed at all. Would give less than 1 star if it would allow me to.

I felt I really needed to write this... I've been supported by Baywater for a number of years I haven't had any major issues. The gentleman that delivers my cannisters more often than anyone else Carl ...what a Man! Thanks for all your hard work and complete understanding. Means alot to me .

Needed my emergency tank,2 portables, and my concentrater replaced after long hospital stay.This company went above and beyond to help me by replacing my concentrater immediately within 30 minutes and my emergency tank and 2 portables within 12 hours.They deserve a national award and the staff

My husband has a c pap machine which he needs to keep himBreathing when he sleeps. He called and asked for a new mask as the one he had was broken he was told it would be delivered the next day 26th oct no mask came and so we had a very bad night as when he fell asleep I had to stay awake to ensure he did not stop breathing. The mask did not come yesterday or today and when my husband called he was told it would be delivered by 6pm on the 27th, it did not turn up and when I called the lady I spoke to and who had spoke to my husband earlier today checked and now said it has been delayed and not getting delivered till next Monday. How can your company expect my husband to be without his c pap machine for at least 5 days. The lovely lady who we dealt with today has now managed to find a technician who has one on their van and is now going to delivery it tomorrow. Now that is what you call great service.

Going on oxygen is quiet scary. The people from baywater know this, they give advice and support, and make a bad time much better. Plus they are very efficient.

Really never had a problem with Baywater until this week. I normally order via telephone but decided to try the online service on Sunday. I requested them to be delivered on Tuesday but got an email Monday saying they wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday even though I told them I was having asbestos removed from the house on Wednesday. When the driver came he delivered 1 cannister even though I ordered 3 and no nasal tube of which I had ordered. When I tried phoning the phone either went on to answer machine or it rang a couple of times and went dead.
