Jonas was very helpful, fixed my bike really quickly and explained how to look after it properly, whilst giving me free new anti puncture tires. Would definitely go there again.

Solomon went above and beyond. Very good price for lights. I was also given some advice on where best to attach them on a fiddly bike and also they helped with a few things which were loose on my bike! Will definitely be back.

RECOMMENDEDI am very happy about the service.My bike is amazing now.I went there at first only to fix my wheels but after talking to the employee/owner, he offered me a deal to change all the components with a new one because the groupset that I had before was horrible and my bike couldn’t be use at its potential.It was my dream come true to upgrade my bike.Finally, a good bike shop where you can find experienced, hardworking and passionate people that really care.Thank you.

I cannot fault Lofty’s - wow what a service. They are so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job at a good price. Additionally, they have fantastic customer service very helpful and kind. I’ve recommended to everyone I know in the area. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Super friendly and helpful. I came in to get my wheel replaced at 9am and they got it done by lunchtime which I really appreciated as I use my bike everyday. They were also happy to help on some other maintenance questions that I had.

Big thank you to Lofty's for their amazing service. Took a bike I'd just bought second hand and they looked it over for me and put various things right and gave me advice as an inexperienced cyclist. They couldn't have been nicer or more obliging. Highly recommended and I will be returning for any future bike needs. Thank you again!

Amazing service - had the bike for over 6 years and never serviced (lots of DIY jobs), they told me what might need replacing. They didn't use it as an excuse to replace everything to charge more. Took it in on the day, got it back a few hours later! Fair price, friendly and fast!

100% customer service. I cannot fault Lofty’s at all. They have always been knowledgeable, friendly, quick and reasonable with prices from fixing brakes, flat tyres or a bike service. As always, I would highly recommend.
