Perfect Smile Dental - Bracknell (High St)

Enjoyed coming to Crossways for many years. John is an excellent dentist. The practice is clean, easy to find, John is always punctual, staff friendly.

The worse experience...I've been waiting for five months for the hygiene appointment, for me and my partner. They canceled them twice, for both of us. We took time off from work, first time they called a day before the appointment, second time they called five hours before the appointment, to cancel them...that's inacceptabile.I was asked to pay upfront the full amount for both of us, which I did, and when they canceled the second appointments as well, I asked to be refunded as I need urgent to do my hygiene, I've already been waiting for five months.When I asked to get my money back as soon as possible, they asked me to wait between 5-10 working days??? Is this a joke? I spent an hour on the phone, trying to explain how much I need my money back as I need to book an urgent appointment. The ladies were so unhelpful, I asked for the manager, they lied saying that the manager is not there, but after an hour of chasing them, the manager suddenly appearead....So disappointed and unprofessional, they don't look after their patients. I am talking about Bracknell location.

Sadly we have had the most horrific experience with a dentist at this practice. Back in 2021 during Easter my then 13 year old son had two wrongful extractions made by one of the dentists here. At this stage I don’t wish to name and shame the individual but I feel it’s important to state our experience. My son was supposed to have his molars extracted for his braces and had two appointments booked in. On his first appointment the dentist removed his canine and on his second appointment made the same mistake and removed the other canine. It wasn’t until he had his braces fitted did I realise the horror that my son had the wrong teeth removed. Not only did the dentist not realise their mistake on the first extraction, they did it again on the second extraction. The orthodontist clearly stated molars were to be removed. Canines and molars are two very different teeth. It has caused my family and I great distress and 2.5 years on my now 16 year old son still has his braces and looks like it’ll be on for a total of 3 years, much longer than anticipated due to the wrongful extractions.I’ve since heard that the dentist in question has had supervised extractions. I’ve always blamed myself for not double checking what teeth were needing to be removed but had complete faith in the dentist. Also the practice weren’t very helpful or regretful over the whole incident.

My wife and I have been patients at Perfect Smile Bracknell for 17 years. The reception team have always been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We have both had great experiences with all the dentists we have seen over the years.

Receptionists are extremely rude. I had to wait around 10 min for someone to pick up the phone and when they eventually did, the person at the other end (who sounded foreign, maybe polish) was shouting on the phone and sounded very condescending. I only asked to book an appointment. Don't hire people with no telephone skills.Update: 7th Dec. I called to reschedule an appointment but waited 15 min with no response. The call was ended automatically.

I'm a nervous patient and have had bad experiences with previous dentists, the team at Perfect Smile always make me feel a little less anxious.

Sadly this dentist has gone down in my rating. I have been a patient for 15+ years and since becoming part of a group, the focus is no longer on patient care.

Perfect Smile, Bracknell is an excellent Dental Practice, which I would highly recommend. The Staff , from the Receptionists to the Dentists, are highly professional and caring, and there is always a welcoming atmosphere. I have been a patient here for 13 years, and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied.

I had a wonderful experience at perfect smile crossways. Holly on reception was really helpful and made everything easy - extremely polite and well mannered. Omar the dentist was excellent and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend this surgery.

This dentist Referred me to reading for wisdom tooth extraction I was told to make an appointment after my operation i tried and the receptionist refused to give me one. It left me 11 days bedbound in the worst kind of pain with no aftercare or painkillers very bad experience i do not recommend at all very very bad dentist
