The hotel is located very close to the city centre and Tesco. The rooms are well lit and spacious. The staff and the owners are lovely and very hospitable. Will definitely book again whenever In Inverness! :)

We only stayed here one night on our road trip but the man who checked us in was super helpful and even gave us some recommendations for dinner which we loved. Comfortable, warm, no frills stay.

The two at the reception desk when I checked in were both so welcoming and friendly. We were only there for a short night but check in and check out was so easy. The room and building had wonderful character and were warm and clean. The location was perfect and the price was great as well. I would stay again and I would recommend to friends!

Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, pubs and shopping.Right around the corner to laundromat, bonus. Quiet area, felt safe. Quaint historic building.Staff was helpful with luggage as well as arranging, when we requested, a taxi.

great place, clean, spacious, heater was good, very good value for money. rooms not very soundproof, could hear footsteps in the corridor and if others close their door loudly.

The beds were very comfortable but If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, this is not the place for you. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next room and the doors have closing arms that allow the doors to slam shut which you can hear. Also, be aware that the hot water will scald you unless you put it on the lowest settings... you would think there would be some sort of regulatory mechanism to prevent this.

Stayed on the 13 th for one night. My husband and I had a twin room. I slept well but my husband had a very poor night due to hard uncomfortable bed.. my sister and husband had a double room, they also complained about the uncomfortable bed. Beds need attention.

Great location and great service. We asked for a late checkout and that wasn’t problem at all. The walls are abit thin as we can clear conversations in the next room, but that didn’t affect our stay.

Great spot to stop for a quick night. Bed was mediocre, there was no wifi in our building ( if there is there was no service in room 43) and the breakfast was lack lustre. Was really hoping for a good English breakfast, however this was just a simple buffet with 3 hot item.
