Moody's have emptied our tank twice now. The fist time the driver was on time and very polite. By the second visit, they knew the process well and carried out the work effectively without us having to be there. The admin and customer service has also been very good. All good so far.

Always so courteous considerate and capable. You always worry with technology you don’t understand that people will say something is broken and need an expensive repair. This is never the case. I have had excellent service from them where they will give options from a simple cheap patch to a full repair and the benefits and risks of each. Never any pressie. A pleasure to deal with.

I have used Moody for at least seven years, servicing and emptying our Bio-tech unit. Recently their tanker got stuck causing some damage to the driveway. Moody reacted very promptly, they assessed the damage and affected repairs very quickly. This was a very high standard of service which is rare today and for which I am very grateful.

Highly recommend Moody, they've saved me from total meltdown today when I had a tank overflow. Everyone on the customer service team was so friendly and they got someone out to help us within an hour or two as well as a really quick engineer service when it became clear the problem was a bit more complicated. Not out of the woods yet, but so grateful for their quick and professional help so far

A fantastic company. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant, they kept me updated throughout and did exactly what they said they would do on time. Their staff in the office are professional, polite and efficient. Likewise, the engineering team turned up on site exactly when they said they would and fixed the problem as soon as they could. They made a very difficult stressful situation for us as easy as possible and I would definitely use them again. Thank you
