When my girlfriend and i moved down here we thought it was a brilliant bonus to have a laundrette so close. However, the owner starts mopping and clearing up a good 45mins before closing and makes you feel incredibly unwelcome and as though you're in the way. She has stopped our dryers before the timers had finished so that she can close well before the stated closing times and so we've left with damp clothes and no refund. No wet floor signs are put out when she mops and she often closes early with no warning.

This second time this old lady at this laundrette abused me by saying go back to where you belong in Jamaica or africa if you don't know how to read the time but it's was just 6:40pm and she wanted to closed early.I will report her to the police otherwise she will continue her animosity towards me.

So, I’ve never met the owner so can’t comment. I’ve always just taken my book and found it was not a horrid way to spend an hour or 2. It’s the cheapest place in the area. I would say, get clothes overall clean but any stains pretreat. Also, would be really useful to have a change machine that works

i was drying clothes in this laundrette at 7pm and the owner came up to my drying machine and turned the temperature all the way up in an attempt to get rid of me sooner. Never have I ever felt so violated having to go to work in shrunken clothes. I was tormented all day, people shouting at me “hey dumb small shirt” and “what are those, ant clothes?”. Since then I have left my job due to such obscenities. My wife has left me, my kids have left me, I am a mess

Not at all happy !!!!!Not an attendent in sight and after doing a load of washing my items came out the machine marked and filthy dirty, THIS IS NOT HOW THEY ENTERED THE MACHINE !!!!!And to top it off no telephone number to call when you need assistance so thats £4 lost !!!!!

The lady closing Spin in time today Sunday 26th November 2017. Closed the laundrette early 6.40pm and asked my beautiful friend ( a Black African male) to remove his clothes from the dryer and go back to where he came from Jamaica or Africa! I am outraged and told my friend to report her to the police. It is 2017! Do people still talk and think in this narrow minded way. Please don't use Spin in time.

Very poor machines, very poor service, and in case there's a problem, almost impossible to reach someone to do something. My clothes got trapped in a machine for half a day, no money back, just empty promises. As they said to me in person: They don't care! (I guess they get away with all the complaints and still make money out of the poor)

If i could leave zero stars, i would. We have continued to use this launderette out of necessity however it is SO horrendous we are resorting to finding a way to have our own tumble dryer just to avoid having to come here again. Once again, the attendant has been incredibly rude to us and resorted my wife to tears. Shouting at us as soon as we walk in the door because we didn't see the piffly sign to say that she was yet again closing early. Disgraceful. No customer service, no decency, what a horrible way to run a business. If you can boycott, please do!!

Dreadful! Old machines, no hand sanitiser or covid signs during a pandemic, they changed the opening hours for a week and put up a paper sign in the window but didnt update their google listing so when i checked google it said it shut at 7pm. Got there at 5pm and lady was rude and unhelpful saying she was shutting like I should have known!...so went to Blatchington rd laundrette and it really puts this one to shame. Never using spin in time again and will walk that bit further to Blatchington rd.
