Got a trophy and two shields engraved there recently. The trophy has very poor quality text and the plaque was not reattached level. Of the other two, one of them has a typo and neither of the plaques were attached to the shields as the owner claimed they were out of nails. I was still charged full price for this.

Very bad and agressive customer service. When I collected my jacket I found it damaged. So I called the branch and this guy told me to bring it to have a look at it. When he saw it he said your jacket is old and was washed many times, and this is why it is damgaged. I told him how can you tell ( because I only washed it 2 times dry clean ), he said dont play games with me and he started to get very defensive and agressive and saying that I am rude to him. I told him him I would like to rise a complain to the company and he refused to do so, then he came out from the his counter towards me twice and asked me to leave with very agressive looking.I was very friendly to him and I told him that I know this is not your fault, and I am just trying to rise a complain to the company. I told him what did I say to you that mades you mad and angry and accusing me to being rude, but he didn’t reply because I didn’t do anything wrong.

I just duplicate a key from them. It's not working, and they do it for £10 while there are other key shops do it for just £6

Ste was brilliant and super helpful! I needed a spare car key cutting and he had no issue guiding me through the process and getting me a new one cut very quickly. He was really friendly and double checked everything worked before I left- making the process simple and easy. Thank you Ste!
