Horrible customer service, Three has been unfairly charging me for 8 months for the add-ons I've purchased once and never agreed for the rolling charge, ending up owning me £180 for the data I've never used and refused to refund. Very disappointing, absolutely dishonourable company

They are so helpful in that store. They are a good friendly team and that shows in their service. I was given great advice on my new phone package and he even helped to set it up and download some new apps! Thank you.
