Jamie's, Georgeham

This place is absolutely brilliant, my second year here & booking next year to come back. It’s peaceful & restful. Jamie’s mum next door is lovely & welcoming when you get here. Everything is ready too & nothing is a problem if anything is forgotten everyone is so lovely. This is my week away from everything & well worth it! The beaches, dunes or shops are not that far away, Putsborough, saunton sands, Braunton burrows all great places to go for long walks or just laze about.

Very nice place to stay, wonderful location, the accomodation has all the creature comforts you'd expect, and more. We're on our second stay, ( 6 adults ) two very nice local pubs were you can eat dinner, or just stay and BBQ in the garden, and watch the sun go down with a beer and a glass of wine. Would definitely recommend for a short break or a week's holiday,MalcolmExeter

This is a place to come and relax. It is a wonderful space and we met Jamie who is a great guy. His mum who welcomes you is also very lovely. It is clean, warm and very comfortable. View from the kitchen and garden is total tranquility watching the sheep and crows walking around a huge field. Try it, you will find a hidden gem.

Super home near some wonderful beaches. Jamie's parents next door were a delight and enjoyed a chat!

Rental cottage with parking comfortably sleeps four. Good village centre location handy for 2 pubs and shop. Excellent Putsborough beach 10 minutes drive away and cottage has it's own parking permit for beach car park. Dog friendly. Helpful owners live in adjoining property.

Myself and 2 friends booked here for our annual girlie weekend (11-14 May, 2018) and we all loved it. The house has everything you need and is home away from home. Fabulous mornings and evenings on the rear terrace overlooking the fields. Location is great! 2 pubs serving great food within walking distance! As well as a well stocked village shop! Easy drives to nearby beaches too. A great time was had by all! Can HIGHLY recommend!

Great accommodation, lovely area, brilliant beaches.Jamie’s is a really relaxing ‘home from home’ in a friendly place and near to some amazing beaches. The accommodation is really well thought out, even down to the surfboards and wetsuits in the shed! Jan and Steve (Jamie’s folks) live next door, and are lovely. They are really supportive in an unintrusive way, great to chat with and full of local knowledge. The nearby beaches are amazing, with good surf and general water fun. The two pubs in the village are also great, but if you want to self cater the kitchen at the accommodation has everything you are likely to need. We had an amazing ten days there, and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a chilled holiday in North Devon.
