BEWARE of using the EV chargers when the store is closed - 'parking' (even though using EV chargers isn't really parking...) is limited to 15 minutes, with a £40 charge for overstaying. No help whatsoever from Tesco customer service. Lovely way to treat customers (in my case now an ex-customer) who are paying for a service.

Great store with very friendly staff. Lost one store because escalator to first floor hasn't worked for a while so you can't take your trolley with you. Needs to be fixed.

I was up visiting my mum as she was in hospital, I decided to take advantage of using the car charger point before shops open as I needed to get as much charge as I possibly could before I went home back to Kent I eventually had a fine come through as I over stayed, after appealing I found out that you can only park for 15 minutes before shops open, how ridiculous is that, so for charging my car I had to pay an extra £40, as you can imagine I am totally annoyed.

Self service checkout girl wanted to ID me for my shopping, showed my ID and yet was still declined because someone I was with didn't have ID for MY shopping. The rather than discuss this she then ran off off the shop floor so I couldn't get her name. Absolute terrible customer service. Literally had to walk back and pick up the item again and buy it, just wasting my time. The staff just need to do better

It's not very good if your trolley just stopped by the doors because of the anti theft wheel. It happened to me last week. It's a hazard. I did report it.

Telephoned to try and find out if they had charging points for EVs. Two minutes on the phone line and the optoion I got to hung up.Another three minutes on the line and still unable to speak to a customer service rep and no pertinent options and there are at least 9.What a waste of my time, even if they had a chrging point I'd go out of my way not to use it!!!If I could give a lower rating I would.

I went in to look at laptops as they used to sell them upstairs. However, they no longer do. Tesco has two floors, the top accessed by an escalator, upstairs you'll find a nice cafe. Mens womens and children's clothing. At the back, you'll find kitchenware, etc. Downstairs there is fresh, frozen, and tinned food. As you go in, go right for Tesco Mobile and Greggs!Also, a pharmacy at the back. In the middle is a Holland and Barrett.Wines and spirits are far left.Helpful staff and not much of a queue.

Large store with plenty of choice. Friendly customer service and was clean, tidy and well stocked.Was a nightmare getting in and out of the retail park itself. Def. need your wits about you!

Often shop at this store, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The cafe staff are particularly good. I have always had good customer service there.
