Bought a washer dryer from here, it soon became apparent that the appliance was faulty. I brought this to the attention of the sales staff that sold us it. They informed us that it had been discontinued so couldn’t help and to exercise our warranty we would have to contact Samsung.We did, Samsung told us that the appliance had been discontinued because of the fault and we should have not been sold the appliance.When I brought this to Hanson’s sale staff they refused to accept any accountability and didn’t help any further. Leaving us with an appliance that has ruined hundreds of pounds of clothing.I’d advise people to avoid
