I used this family owned company on the recommendation of my sister. I had had a negative experience previously with one large multi-national company and prefer to use a smaller company now. I was delighted with EKCO’s highly professional service. The choice, planning, delivery and fitting were seamless. I didn’t think my kitchen was big enough for an island but Heather assured me that it was and showed me a few computer generated pictures with ideas before I made my final decision. I am delighted with my new kitchen and it now includes gadgets and an island that I would never have thought on. I have now recommended EKCO to friends and neighbours.

Ordered a masterclass hardwick kitchen and utility room. Firstly their website doesn’t do their showroom justice it’s massive with a huge selection of kitchens and bathrooms.The process of consultation, designs and ordering was really smooth and a good designer is worth their weight in gold. I had all these ideas of how I thought I wanted our kitchen but turns out I’m clueless and being left to my own devices I would have lost so much useful and functional space.Will post images when the installation is complete.Really impressed so far.Special thanks to Emma and Katie for all their hard work and putting up with my endless design changes.

Great service and even better aftersales serviceThis review is long overdue. We purchased bifold doors from EKCO for the back of our house a few years ago, and at the time of purchase we were impressed with them. They gave us fantastic service and provided a high quality product,.....however this is only half of the story! This review praises their after sales support as much as anything. A few years down the line we had an issue with our product, we contacted EKCO hoping that the follow up support would be as good as the sales support. We received a prompt response and Craig and his colleagues at EKCO reacted positively helping us resolve our issue. We'd recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing bifold doors - not just for the service but for their aftercare support and professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic service from EKCO who supplied made to measure bi-fold doors and matching external kitchen door. Beautifully made product, high spec, delivered early and took great care to ensure that we were happy with the product and installation. In fact they came back round to check the fitting was done correctly. Would highly recommend EKCO for brilliant customer service, guidance and professionalism.

I had an wonderful experience working with the Ekco team on my new kitchen and bathroom. From the initial meeting throughout the whole design process and then the installation itself. The designers were friendly and created exactly what I was after, the installers did a great job and were very neat and professional. Lovely place. We renovated our house with Ekco and we are forever grateful. We bought Bifolds and a kitchen. The bifolds complemented the kitchen brilliantly because of all the natural sunlight they let into the house. The designers had some amazing ideas. I Would recommend them.

Very impressed with ekco from start to finish. Their service was excellent from planning and design to delivery and installation of our brand new kitchen. Great selection of kitchens to choose from we are really picky and took ages to choose the right design but EKCO were very patient and never rushed us in to buying, we are really happy with our kitchen it looks amazing thank you to all the team at EKCO.

Ekco helped us design a terrific kitchen and installed it quickly and effectively. The fitters were nice guys, turned up on schedule and left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. Small things like wearing overshoes to protect the carpet were appreciated and helped keep stress levels down.The Pronorm cabinets and worktop, and Siemens appliances are all good quality.Ekco also provided excellent aftercare when we had a couple of minor problems develop.Overall, I'd highly recommend ekco for your project.

We had Origin bifold doors installed 6 years ago and on the face of it everything was great, but within a few months the foam gaskets were failing due to shrinkage and the threshold was soaking with condensation. The gaskets have been replaced annually as they keep shrinking and the condensation keeps coming back. They refitted the doors earlier this year in an attempt to cure the condensation but it's back as bad as ever and the foam has shrunk again. The response from Ekco has left me shocked and wishing I'd never heard of them, apparently I've had too many visits from them so they won't come back unless I pay £250. As for the foam gaskets, I have received new ones under warranty but I'll have to either fit them myself or pay someone else to do it because I won't be paying these jokers another penny. The only reason I've had the amount of visits that I have is that the doors have had issues from the start. They are now blaming the construction of the extension for the condensation, which if that is the case should have been picked up on the initial survey or when they were fitted. I've twice requested a copy of the fitting warranty but have been ignored both times. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Ekco and Origin who also take no responsibility.

We have chosen EKCO twice in the past year or so - firstly to upgrade the kitchen and secondly for bifold doors. We experienced a great service from initial discussions through to after sales. Communication was excellent each time and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. EKCO were recommended to us and we have recommended them to others.
