Purchased one of the best looking real Christmas trees I've ever seen and at a very good price. Fantastic helpful staff and delivered for free. Will definitely buy my tree from here again and would highly recommend this shop.

Good little shop. Offer pretty much everything you need to get started at a VERY decent price. I'm new to homebrew and I didn't know what I was doing and the owner was extremely helpful - even messaging me from his holiday with advice. I totted up everything I needed from an couple of online shops and it came to £60 - I walked out of Cambridge Homebrew only paying £48, plus a couple of extras thrown in! Definitely worth the trip.

This is one of those shops you go in, to just browse, and come out with bags of stuff! I was amazed by the selection of plants and came home with loads . Also picked up a few kitchen bits. Really nice staff. I’ll be coming back again soon

This has to be my favourite shop in Cambridge. A huge selection of items, but most importantly, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I mainly go for the plants and seed - anything they don't have they will talk to their suppliers about. A true Aladdin's cave

A very helpful experience so far and I would strongly recommend using this shop in future.This is my experience: I called on a Thursday to check availability and the ingredients were put aside for me to collect on the Saturday. This included small custom sized bags of hops. When I arrived on the Saturday I realised that I had made an error in my order and needed more hops. Everyone involved was very helpful, including a phone call from the owner on his day off to help me find things.

This place is a real Aladdin's Cave for household goods... and, incidentally, one of the few places in Cambridge that reliably stock Soda Stream refills. Oh, but there is so much more! A trip to get new gas cylinders can see you cycling home with a new, woven cotton hallway rug, an ingenious little do-dad to descale your faucet spouts and, maybe, a lovely plant or two! Oh, and they do Ecover refills of all description, too.If you're into Homebrewing, there's no better place to stock up on supplies -- Robin stocks lots of different stocks and grain and all the paraphernalia that you'll need to produce a quality homebrew -- and his knowledge on the subject is deep! Very informative & friendly staff who go the extra mile. If an item is not in the shop, they will order for you & if you got bulky items they offer free local delivery! Well worth a look in - you may not leave empty handed!
