Soft play area is big and they have a bouncy castle. Football court and nice area for babies and toddlers. Kitchen could be improved. They need to be more organised. Staff overall though we’re friendly and polite. Food was nice. Could do with displaying food hygiene certificate (I never seen when there)Toilets were clean and accessible for all.I would recommend and return just please improve kitchen. More options would also be lovely.

Really good fun for little ones, great price for parents/carers too. First time there & pleasantly surprised with all that was on offer, so much that we didn't get time to venture everywhere inside. The little ones I took were 3 & almost 2 years old, which is quite young for the things they wanted to play on. Although when I saw it advertised online I thought I could see what looked to be trampolines & that's what I thought it was going to be. Not one trampoline in sight however so perhaps completely my own error, honestly not sure but the kids enjoyed themselves regardless. There were however a couple of much older kids who were dominating the one bouncy castle, the one looked about 13 & was a giant in comparison to all the other kids on it & another smaller lad kept climbing up the wrong way & blocking the access to anyone on it, they did this repeatedly, but when I told them to stop it they started jumping on the end of it making all the kids lose their grip & footing making it impossible for any of the other kids to climb through it. When I told them to stop it again the one lad got chopsy with me & told me he didn't care. All of the smaller kids on it didn't go on it again & more than one kid climbed off hurt & crying at which point we decided to leave. It's honestly not fun having to babysit or control others kids because nobody seems to be watching them or checking on them. I think these places should hire staff to walk around & monitor behaviour so anyone acting out of line can be dealt with swiftly, similar to a lifeguard at a pool. Or perhaps they should limit the numbers allowed in at one time as the place was reasonably quiet then next minute it was chaos & I lost the little man's shoes & they weren't handed in so I had to leave without them. They have since rang me to say they've found them but hoping they can post them as it's a long journey for a pair of shoes.

Kids loved it here, loads for them to do and play on. Staff arranged a game of hide and seek which was lovely. Coffee is awful and the soft drinks machine wasn't working. Food is OK, pretty standard for soft play. Baby area is sectioned off and the door locked so very secure for them to toddle about. Always booked tickets online as they have a timing system for sessions

I take my grandchildren 8 years and 4 years and a lovely secret babies and toddler section. They love it. The drop slide is open periodically throughout the session, and When it's not full to capacity, the play leaders play games, hide and seek, and football. My grandson won a free entry, so very impressed. The food is average. The toilets are clean and have small toilets and sinks accessible for toddlers.Overall its a lovely few hours entertainment for all of them and not expensive. I would highly recommend a visit. I always book online prior to the visit.

Huge amount of stuff for the kids to do every single section was disgusting…Looks like it’s literally never had a clean. Also very overcrowded considering it’s advanced booking only. Impossible to let toddlers try or explore anything apart from the toddler area.I’d rather pay twice the price and actually have a clean environment for kids to play in. Definitely won’t be returning which is a shame because its the biggest indoor play we’ve come across with huge potential.

It was ok, the kids loved it, but there was no one monitoring anything so big kids were going on things that weren't for them and pushing and shoving. The place also felt a bit dirty and tired overall and the slides were REALLY slow.To top it all off, my grandsons shoes got stolen as there is nowhere safe to store them!

Booked in advance. Struggle to park in the one disabled bay for my disabled son because someone else had parked in there without badge. Annoying but a story for another day. Got inside and reception area is basic not very inviting. Walked through the restaurant/seating area down to the toddler play zone. Place was downright dirty. Tables were covered in food and used crockery. There's also a bottle of D10 cleaner left in the side which is kitchen cleaner. Any child could of got hold of that and being pink in colour may of appealed as a drink. Had a look around the main play area where my elder children were playing. Place is dirty, no proper ventilation, much too overcrowded. If there's another covid oubreak it will start there it was that packed! Inflatable and soft play items dirty, ripped, tacky. Lots of black tape and silver tape repairs going on. Carpets covered on stains and have seen better days. Bet the place has never had a deep clean. Wonder what lurks in the toddler ball pit if samples were taken. Didn't have food today but have in the past and its average sausage and chips etc. Coffee awful and tastes burnt. Staff seem rushed off their feet but you only see a few of them. Felt dirty when we left. Basically needs closing for a few months for a good refurbishment. Been so many times over the years but that's the last now, nothing changes, extremely disappointed. Entry price good though.

This is the cheapest soft play I have ever been to, and that it truely reflected in the experience, the place was absolutely filthy! Many people just walking into the play areas with thier shoes on, visitors and staff alike, the only path to the toddler area is just cement dirty floor, some kids are walking across it barefoot while others wearing thier shoes, some very questionable stains on the slides, definitely needs better management.

Shocking dirty place thick dust on the food cabinets, dirty tins didn't clean empty tables food left on plates. Youngsters of 16 17 boys in the girls toilets then a rude employee asked us to move off the table no please and then we had other staff looking at us and talking about us. The only good thing was the man with the package
