Happy Garden (Killamarsh)

I have just ordered a take away from the happy garden I've ordered from them several times and meals have always been good and hot and the service as always been quick and at the time time I gave them to deliver to me.Eric the owner is very polite and will spend a few minutes talking to you.Well done Eric keep it upRoger Beach

This was my 2nd visit to Happy Garden the food was hot, fresh and very tasty. The staff we very chatty and interested in how my food was last time I ordered. Definitely recommend

Wonderful food and very good customer service. Fantastic value for money. Yes I have seen the recent food hygiene eating and it truly is a shame but it's not put me off in the slightest. I've been ordering for years and my orders been perfect every time, chef is very helpful and I've never had a problem with staff or food. Fantastic place and would 10/10 recommend

Not a good review cold on arrival payed £2 extra for salt and pepper chips and got just normal chips payed £5.30 for salt and pepper chicken got 4 pieces of chicken hid under a full onion doesn’t even taste nice sorry but won’t be ordering again

I placed my order at 6.45, they accepted and advised delivery 7.50, after 20 minutes over expected time I telephoned, I was told it’s on its way, a further 10 minutes still not arrived, I called again, with 2 teenage grandchildren wanting their Friday night treat, waiting 1hour and 48 minutes in total it arrived Luke warm and 1 item missing. So very disappointed, not worth the wait, the £30, and on top of this the lies just simply isn’t good enough, to show customers such lack of respect , well I simply will go elsewhere . More lost business happy garden - shame on you.

Terrible customer serviceMe and my brother went down to happy garden chinese takeaway to order some food after England's terrific win over Sweden we got home to find our order was wrong so we phoned them up asking for another one to be sent out the manager them proceeded to tell us that they had never received such order and didn't know what we were talking about so we went down to the shop and asked them to correct our order in person , the manager then decided to kick of at us shouting that we were unclear on the phone however we were very clear and calmtoned so there was no chance of him misunderstanding us , he then thought it would be a good idea to try and give my 21 year old brother a lecture about clarity when ordering and that he had no idea about how customer service works but my brother had worked in retail since he was 17 when that didn't turn out in his favour he proceeded to turn on me , a 14 year old girl with the same message but I was fed up of him trying to give us a lecture about how to order as it is their job as the provider to clarify what we have ordered. I found it very disrespectful of him to start having a go at us for his mistake rather than apologising and correcting it . In the end we demanded a refund and are now getting food from somewhere else because we didn't want to put up with being lectured like children . Would not recommend at all food may be nice but customer service is terrible

Salt and pepper chicken was nice. Chow mein wasn't very nice. Chicken in it tasted weird. Noodles also not very nice neither was the schezuan sauce. Peking sauce was OK. Prawn crackers were mostly soft. Staff are nice and allow alterations to meals but sadly food let you down. Used to be really nice but not so much anymore, shame as its just round the corner. Don't think I'll be ordering again if I'm paying.

We always get our Chinese delivered from here, but this is the first time I have picked it up. The front of house looks terrible but food is great.
