I know Paul isn't one for pushing reviews and he already has a fantastic following, but we really couldn't keep our high praise to ourselves. Paul catered for our wedding of 80 people at home in June and it was absolutely phenomenal. The dishes were fresh and delicious, and what's more, Paul and his team were highly attentive and full of joy on the day. They took everything in their stride and their experience really shined. You really made us feel special - thank you, you made the day. Top talent.

Paul, Victoria and team catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago. They were absolutely fantastic. The food was out of this world and all our wedding guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The team were so friendly and helpful whilst remaining professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

Paul catered for my daughters Hen do last weekend. He and his team were brilliant. The choice of foods was extensive and everyone commented on how delicious the three course meal was. A few of the guests had allergies. Paul completely understood their anxiety so he made sure they would not have a problem eating the food he prepared.I would thoroughly recommend Paul if you need catering for an event.

We were lucky enough for Paul to cater for our wedding at Copdock Hall and he did not disappoint! From our first email with Paul and his team all the way through to the wedding day the communication was great! At our tasting session and on our wedding day the food and service was amazing! All of our guests commented on how great the everything was. Can’t recommend him enough!Thank you!

They did our wedding food and it was a massive dissapointment and miles away from what we had sampled and agreed to. We tried generous portions of food that was full of flavour and were very excited to have it on our wedding day, but they lowered the quality of the produce and the portion sizes, swapped ingredients and some did not make an appearance at all. We had prepared some menus for our guests and it was very confusing for them to read they were getting something and then finding something else in their plates. We also contracted them to cut a serrano ham after being told they had experience in it and I actually walked in on them completely butchering the ham to the point my dad had to cut it in his suit! A complete and utter disappointment and, worst of all, when we sent an e-mail to let them know their service had been substandard, they did not have the decency or professionalism to reply.

Paul catered our wedding reception at Wherstead Park earlier this year and was absolutely fantastic! We had a series of four different food stalls as part of our festival theme and Paul put together a brilliant fun menu of all our favourite street foods across Indian, Thai and Mexican cousines, as well as good old fried chicken and chips! All of the food was so delicious and our 250 guests all loved it. Paul was very easy to work with in the lead up to the wedding, we shared ideas and had a great tasting session to work out the menu together. He even researched traditional Polish apple cake recipes for our dessert as a special nod to my husbands family - everyone's still talking about how heavenly the apple cake was! Paul and his team made all our festival dreams come to life and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with upcoming events.

After a tricky encounter with another caterer Paul stepped in to cater our wedding at Copdock Hall this August and we could not have been more pleased with him and the beautiful food. He really listened to our ideas and helped us to come up with a menu that suited exactly what we envisioned. We went for a sharing menu and so many people have commented on how delicious the food was and how relaxed and sociable the wedding breakfast was because of it. The lamb was a particular hit, as was the pizza in the evening - my friends and family will not stop raving about it! He also effortlessly put together alternative meals for the children (the brownie and ice cream went down very well!) . Thank you so much Paul and the team you were brilliant. We were lucky enough to have Paul cater for our wedding who was so lovely and personable to work with throughout, from trying different sample menus to everything on the day itself he was more than happy to work with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. The canapés and wedding breakfast on the day surpassed expectations and was completely delicious! Paul was extremely professional, helpful and smiley to have around and fitted in perfectly on the day! Thankyou Paul!!!
