Oakbank Care Home

Won't answer the phone for days. Can't contact family member.

I'm amazed to see such poor reviews, as I think this care home is exceptional. My mum has been placed on several care homes in the past 12 months and Oakbank is without doubt the very best. Elaine on reception is warm, friendly and very helpful. Pam, the manager is a star. Staff are friendly, residents get well looked after, entertainment on offer. My mum loves it here, she has made friends and feels safe in this wonderful care facility. Please do not be put off by previous poor reviews
