Incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, including when we had a minor issue at fitting. Team went to great lengths to ensure that it was sorted immediately. Children love their new seats and we can now travelcomfortably as a family.

This car seat is a genius bit of kit, it saved us having to buy a new car when we had our 3rd, I drive a mini and it fits the 4 seater although we went for the three as that’s all we needed.The team were great and helped us try them out in the car at their HQ so we could decide which one to go for, the finish is great and it’s really easy to use and adjust for different children.Order with plenty of time for your needs as lead time was a while but worth the wait.

Great service from Multimac and from Invacar Benfleet fitting it for us.As a childcare provider it's been a real asset for me and had lots of lovely days out with the children @ Lily Barn Childcare & Forest School.So happy with the seat and so easy to use !

What an amazing product and amazing service we have been looking at getting the 3 seat set up fromThen it ended up being very short notice we had fantastic communication with them and they managed to get the seats done and fitted it the very short time we needed them .Any questions or any help needed contact them for a quick speedy response .Would recommend to anyone and people that have seen the seats are so super impressed with them we can now have 3 children in our Nissan leaf :-)

I'm a very happy customer. I ordered 2 and they're amazing. The leather feels amazing. My kids are super comfortable. It's obvious to me that these are much safer than standard car seats. Staff were very helpful via email when I enquired. I was told a lead time of 6 weeks but it arrived quicker. The only knock I could say is that the garage fitter's details on the website don't have opening times so I got burnt a bit by having to take annual leave midweek to get them fitted.

Absolutely incredible product, as a father of 4 this is the best child seat we’ve ever owned. The company is family run, so passionate and friendly. I cannot recommend Multimac enough! Cheaper than trading your car in for something bigger and it may actually be a better solution anyway.
