Normally have raj do my brows and today had another lady! She was a lovely lady but has made my eye brows look terrorible ones darker than the other... they are to thick look like slugs! Everyone has done nothing but laugh and said how bad they look!

The lady was very kind , I had my top lip and eyebrows done and my son who is 12 had his eyebrows done in the middle , first time he had it done and the Lady was gentle and with me ,,,,, defo going to come back again 5 stars for every thing X xxx ❤❤❤❤❤

I visited the salon today. I did different treatments ....such as waxing, body massage pedicure,eyebrows....I have in the past visited other salons but this can not be compared with any. ...the staff have got an exceptional professional attitude that is aiming to offer EXCELLENCE in everything they do...I cannot praise them enough....Any lady that is seeking excellent service...visit this SALON..THE BEST IN LEICESTER...FANTASIC EXPERIENCED STAFF....

Had a lovely experience today. I went in for my pre holiday pamper session. Waxing, eyebrow threading/tinting & gel nails. The ladies were absolutely lovely, very welcoming & chatty. Professional service throughout my treatments & reasonably priced too. I usually go to a different salon to have my brows done, but not anymore. They look amazing!Thank you

I get my eyebrows tinted and threaded here it is amazing really good value. I also had an Indian head massage wow its the best I've had in Leicester. Facial on Monday I can not wait

My visit to Elegance hair & beauty was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and professional. I had a Hollywood wax and it was pain free and very thorough. Had my hair done too and was very pleased with my style. I will definately be visiting the shop again.
