We were 6 friends (3 couples) meeting up to spend the bank holiday weekend together in Deal. The Coach House was perfect. It is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need and more. The location is great, just a few minutes to the castle and beach and a 10 minute walk into town. The host was very responsive, replying quickly when we had a couple of questions.

The Olive Tree Villa is a beautiful place located in Walmer, just a walking distance from the beach.We spent May Bank Holiday weekend there and didn't want to leave!The house is spotless, modern, stylish and functional, but also very homey. The garden is big, with lots of seating places. The brand new hot tub is definitely a huge advantage too.We spent all our evenings there, as we felt that it was the best place to relax after a busy day.I can't praise the owner enough for her efforts to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable. Although we haven't actually met, she was very attentive and very quick to respond to our questions.My daughter said that she preferred the Olive Tree Villa to our house... That tells you something. It's perfect for families or friends (there is an annexe on the side of the house if someone prefers more privacy). We enjoyed every minute there and were sad to leave. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at the Olive Tree property and it was perfect. The space is great, beautifully clean, well equipped and the garden is an absolute delight. Jo was so communicative, helpful and I trusted her implicitly with our family holiday! Thanks again.

The holiday home in Deal was perfect, Jo really went all out and thought of everything that you could possibly need, home from home.The view of the sea was perfect from the front room especially in the evenings.The swimming pool was warm and clean and so was the whole holiday park.We will be back again soon. 5* holiday for us.

Wow!! What an AMAZING place. A gorgeous hideaway which is so relaxing and beautiful.The attention to detail, design and cleanliness were so impressive and we were absolutely delighted!We really managed to switch off and re-charge as it was so quiet, beautiful and peaceful.When you first open the gate and enter the courtyard you feel completely blessed. We felt like we were at a retreat! Bliss.We nearly stayed in Deal but were so pleased we stayed here instead. Everything we wanted to see locally was in easy reach.Jo, thank you for being a brilliant host and thinking of everything one might need. You can really see you don't cut any corners.

What a beautiful spacious house in Deal! Jo is extremely helpful with anything. We first went for a weekend and then came back again for a whole week. House has everything you need, great location too. You can visit nearby beautiful places by car or by train. This will always be our top choice when it comes to Kent seaside holidays. We felt we were home when we went on holidayLiked · I liked the little touches. Beer and milk in the fridge, bread on the side. The garden was an excellent feature, it felt we were abroad even though we were in a town. The house and annex are absolutely beautiful and have everything you need. Quality fixtures and fittings and a real wow factor when you get there. Jo is lovely and makes you feel at home. Lots to see and do nearby and the best UK holiday we have had.

Appledown absolutely surpassed our expectations! Photos did not capture how lovely it was. The furnishings were tasteful and cozy, the landscape was serene and beautiful, and Jo was such a gracious hostess (providing milk, coffee, and bread on arrival as well as an ample supply of games and books for our- 4- children). It was a haven and we were absolutely delighted with our stay there!
