Very bad experience, been ringing for few days to inquire about a rental property. No one answering the phone! Once they do answer they hang up for some strange reason.

no clue if they are good or not but i witnessed the whole thing get built and it looks great so good job on decorating and whatnot

This company is terrible for correspondence. A flat they manage has flooded my property once a year for the last 4 years. I have been trying to speak to a manager for 8 months. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes and continually told I will be called back. I have had awful experience with them. Hussain Shah took over 9 months to reply to numerous emails. I would be careful when dealing with this company. I must admit Hassan Ali always tries to be very helpful and at least apologised. Anyway the flat above has another leak. Let’s see how long it takes to resolve this time. I will keep you updated

I’ve been renting my flat via Beds Accom for the past 2 years now and they have been super helpful whenever I need their service. Last example was when there was a leak from the upstairs property. Hussain was amazing, sorted it out very quickly with minimal damage.
