I was listened to, my concerns were taken seriously and I’m satisfied a full exam of my eye was done before Suzy confirmed what I suspected. She listened and agreed the symptoms matched what she found and gave me a prescription as well as a follow up appointment with a clear plan of what we will do moving forward. Everything was explained clearly and I was comfortable asking questions which she answered fully.

Some lovely staff here, although one particularly snippy receptionist. Was told by out of hours to make an emergency eye appointment with my optician and was met with a rude receptionist on the phone, who for some reason wants to gatekeep emergency appointments even after I explained the situation and my eye condition. I went to the hospital eye clinic and turned out to have increased optic nerve swelling and needed a lumbar puncture to releive pressure. This could have been dealt with quicker and with less stress had the receptionist been a little more compassionate.

Not very empathetic to a 5 year old child desperately needing to use toilet facilities prior to eye test. Refusal resulted in child wetting themselves and not getting an eye test. Won't be rescheduling.
