CBW Property Management

One of the worst experiences in my life. If i could rate them 0, I would. The agency is completely incompetent, not knowing how to deal with any problems (no matter how serious) in any other way then simply ignoring them. Unresponsive, unreliable, ignorant - if you don't want more problems in your life, stay away from CBW.

what can i say about this company, i live in llandrindod wells and most of the private landlord are selling up before the new rules come in to place in December, these new rules will extent no fault evictions from 2 months to 6 months, and this company is buying up most the properties kick out the current tenant with only a months notice or even less i might add, putting the rentals up so that the people of this town cannot afford to live there, and has for pet friendly that is a load of tripe, if you have a pet and you are facing eviction for no fault of your own you have 2 options re home your pet or get a tent and live on the streets, which is what most of people in llandrindod is doing.

Dealing with this company made me lose faith in humanity. They are lazy, incompetent, and rude liars. They will say anything to get you out of the office, when you report a problem. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

So Chris is a nice guy, I'm not debating that in fact all the staff are kind and polite but it took 8 months to replace an oven in a house with two kids which is just too long. Further more when we moved out we heard nothing from anyone after our last day of tenancy forcing us to go through the deposit protection scheme to get our deposit back. Issues such as malfunctioning electrics and pets issues where not taken very seriously so I cant in all honestly recommend CBW there are far more proficient estate agents in the area.

Bad letting agents, late paid bills property was left in a state from the previous tenants

CBW rarely respond to emails, the customer service is shocking, to the point I've been in tears, and there is incorrect errors on the system that implies people haven't paid rent for a particular month when that's not the case.

Save yourself and DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!- the agency repeatedly broke the contract by allowing random people to enter my flat without notice on at least 8 separate occasions.- On one of those visits the people were meant to clean the patio and broke my large glass table. Later on when I ask for a reimbursement for the broken table. I sent an email every week for a month. I was later told that they didn’t send anybody in and the people in the flat were intruders. (Obvious lie). It took them over a month to respond as well. I never got an reimbursement and they basically made it seem like the table never existed and the people in my flat that supposedly were sent by the landlord were images of my imagination.- The “intruders” must have been sent by the agency or landlord they wouldn’t knock and open the door with their own key. They did not care about letting us know in advance. The people that came by never stole anything they were there on a job to do something so must have been sent by them cause I never paid for any work to be done there.- Unprofessional and rude staff especially Chris.- Staff NEVER replies to emails. When I called them they would always request to just send them an email to which they never replied or replied after literally months!- Very Mouldy and disgusting wall papers and bathroom.

I have used the company for the last 2 and a half years with renting my shop and also houses from them really really nice people and always look after there Tenants i would always recommend to anyone

Found it really hard to rent in aber and they found me a place and let me drop stuff off at the property before my tenancy started. Mia was helpful throughout the process. Very happy to be living in aber again.

Rented with Chris for a number of years, have no complaints at all. The most professional and helpful landlords I've been with. Recommend renting with him all day long
