He spent almost 3 hours rectifying the problem, absolute patience of a saint....a complete professional at what he does, and a really nice caring individual going completely above and beyond to help his customers, and he doesn't rip you off either, highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else for any future problems, thank you so much Niel.

Brilliant service start to finish. When I phoned for my problem patio doors, he was very helpful and listened as I explained my issue and guided me through what the problem was. Really pleased with the service received repairing my Father's PVC door lock. I phoned and Neil arrived within 30 minutes and although the repair was more complicated than we originally thought, we were kept fully informed.I would definitely use this company again if needed.
