Booked a repair for 2 days later, got a call that afternoon offering a cancellation the next day. Andy called to say when he’d be & on arrival the problem was found very quickly & dealt with. Couldn’t fault the service.

Terrible service avoid at all cost. My elderly mother-in-law has now been without a dishwasher for over two weeks. The engineer attended the property two days ago as the appliance was showing an error code. The engineer report shows he replace the overflow cap on the appliance to my amusement no cap was fitter. 10 minutes after he had left the property I informed dolphin appliances the error code was still on the machine.I then rebooked another appointment for the engineer to return the following day.I have now been informed by Claire that the engineer will not return to the property for another seven days. I have only been made aware of this due to the fact I call the company to see what time Tony’s ETA was.This is such bad practice as I have now had to take two days off works.Terrible customer service from Claire I found her extremely rude.

Smeg dishwasher broke down. Booked a repair online through Domestic and General, was given a booking reference and to phone Dolphin. Dolphin said they will get back to me within 48 hours. 20 minutes later Dophin phoned to say engineer in the area. Mark arrived shortly after knowing exactly what was wrong with machine and had the correct part on his van! So all fixed within 3 hours of reporting it - brilliant service from Mark and Dolphin, thank you!

Great after 3 visits ….wrote off appliance because they did not take time to check the parts for the job. Items missing therefore escalated to CS and was outside the time frame on policy. Fantastic replacement from Domestic and General!

I boooked this company via Domestic and General to fix a simple issue with my washing machine. Two weeks later, my machine still hasn't been fixed!The engineer who was due to fix the issue was off sick, so it was reschedule the following week. On the day, the engineer misplaced the parts he had ordered, therefore cancelling the schedule appointment.Ive had 2 weeks without a washing machine and having to deal with a company full of unprofessional clowns each time I chase this up.I was told by Dolphine appliance to just get my insurance company to 'write it off', even though the issue with my machine is a simple fix as they can't be bother to come to fix it!I would not recommend a company that encourages customers to commit insurance fraud as they are too disorganised to managed their engineers appointment.Please do not use this company

Ease of booking engineer visit was simple, wait time for appointment slot was minimal.Engineer kept us well informed of attendance & arrived ahead of schedule.Rich the engineer was quick to identify & resolve the pump issue. Fixed fault in next to no time. He stayed to ensure the machine was working as it should. Timely fix on first visit, clean & tidy work. Really happy with the first class service received on this occasion. Rich is an absolute credit to his company. Thank you so very much

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.AO booked in a repair for my washing machine. They never turned up and apparently diagnosed my washing machine over the phone… there was then a delay with my part and they cancelled yet ANOTHER visit. The part comes in but I was in hospital. They phoned once and then closed the job. I then phone to say that I had been in hospital and that I needed to book the appointment. Fast forward to the appointment an engineer phones me and says he does not have my part. They then book another appointment WITHOUT ASKING ME so I phone to complain to be given a load of excuses which quite frankly are not my issue it is the companies. I would NOT recommend anyone go anywhere near this company if you wish to get your appliances fixed. I have phoned my insurance company to make sure they are working with cowboys and not to use them.

The service was excellent, within 45mins of my call to Dolphin, an engineer arrived to fix my washing machine, all the way to Essex from Ely! What's more , the part needed was onboard his vehicle! Terrific.
