Buckingham House Dental Practice
Haven’t had particularly great experiences at this dentist previously, however today I was treated by a dentist with pink hair who was fantastic also the nurse assisting her was so lovely too. ( I’m sorry that I don’t know their names) They were both friendly, professional, informative and reassuring. Both are an absolute asset to this dental practice and treated me with kindness, let’s hope these two members of staff stay!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Waiting 7 weeks after losing a filling was bad enough. Then to be told I'd be charged to get quoted to fix it, then it isn't going to be fixed for another 2 weeks.

I visited to make enquiries, there were 3 girls in the front desk. A black girl sitting in the middle. The girl on the right would not look up, she was writing, and she would not allow you speak to the other girls. Always interrupting, God have mercy, the tone and her actual response without bothering to look at you. I went back the same day after an interview appointment to request further information. The same way she behaved earlier, i could tell the other girls were dissapointed but probably would not criticize a colleagu.To be honest, i think one receptionist is fine.This particular lady should not be in the reception area.

My wife and I had been patients for many years. After covid it was pretty much impossible to get an appointment without a few weeks wait. Now we have been told that we have been taken off there books because we haven't had an appointment recently enough. !!!! Situation not helped by the Rude, Ignorant, Jobsworth receptionists that work there who basically said. Your off the books, nothing we can do, find another Dentist.

Got me in same day for emergency treatment. The lovely dentist treated my abscess quickly and efficiently thus allowing me to continue with work. Couldn't ask for more. Reception are always friendly and pleasant too. 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic dentist, makes me want to come back. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and is helping me get my smile back.Also fantastic with my son who had never let a dentist do anything before. But let her polish his teeth. I dont think hell be scared anymore, which is worth its weight in gold.

To be honest I am not satisfied. The dentist seemed fixated on X-rays . I was only given a temporary filling and asked to make an appointment in six months time. No mention of other options.

Went in as an emergency toothache. The receptionist was very helpful, the dentist, Dr Loberto was brilliant. Taking the time to explain what she was doing and what the problem was. The nurse assisting her was also excellent, reassuring and efficient. Thank you to all concerned.
