Very rude staff the male manager did not listen to my point and just siding with staff as a herd mentally I have never been so shown up shopping before I will advise all family and friends not visiting your store along with the 3000 clients i cater for .I will be emailing head office regarding the staff and managementHead office if anyone needs the information belowHilmore House, 71 Gain Ln, Bradford BD3 7DL

It's absolutely dreadful. In the morning and evening there are no tills open and one terribly stressed out member of staff trying to help all the elderly people scan their trolleys full of shopping. Most people are using cash now, so they can budget properly, but there are only three cash self serves. This really isn't working. America has already realised this and is getting more staff on the tills, can you please listen to your customers and do the same

Store blocked the lifts, put the shutters down early and refused entry when I needed to grab one item in and was at the doors before 8pm.Disappointing service.

Morrison's head office & ceo have completely ruined what was a great supermarket, by removing incentives to save for Christmas and points on fuel, more self checkouts all to save money so they can pay themselves over inflated salaries, staff are rude and unhelpful, only go now to get things no one else has

Handy well stocked store, lifts direct from the carpark straight into the store is very useful. Plenty of manned and self serve checkouts. No issues at all, found everything I went in for.

Not good at all. Oat Cakes 20p cheaper in Sainsbury's (47p with Nectar card) and no Oat & Barley bread again. You haven't stopped making it, as your sales adviser has twice told me!I'd prefer to shop for convenience, I have to drive to Sainsbury's so that's hardly convenient is it?Fortunately I don't shop in Wakefield often.

Today (Friday 1st September 2023) around 1pm. I had an experience I won't forget anytime soon at this Morrisons. I had been shopping at Wakefield Market and had a box of cakes in my hand. I was making my way to the car park and decided to buy some flowers for my Wife at this Morrisons before returning to my car. I paid for the flowers and as I was approaching the lifts to go, a security guard called me and said a staff member was calling me. (I am slightly hard of hearing so I did not hear) I had no idea why. The staff member thought I had stolen something from the store as the box of cakes were in my hand and the flowers in the other. I showed the staff member what was in the box and she apologised. She must have thought I had taken something from the bakery area and not scanned it or something? No idea why she was watching me when there were other customers using the tills. Now luckily I was in a good mood and we both laughed off the experience but I certainly won't be accused of stealing again. Nor will I ever come back here. I paid for the flowers using the self-checkout and the CCTV had clearly seen me. If I was to steal something, I certainly wouldn't reveal my face would I?! It could have been so much worse and an embarrassing moment but I was calm and collected.Perhaps I should have had a word with the management team about it but i understand the staff were only doing their job. Shame they don't actually catch the real criminals!!!
