Very very rude staff especially the manager which has no idea how to do her job properly. Worst experience!!! That code on the bill is crucial for top up the electricity and they broke the bill and put me to contact the pay point myself to recover the code, the manager wiped the floor in that time and have no clue to answer or to take action about! The other day they made wrong top up on plus 30£ an I have go back and I give them the money back because we are in community! Shame!!Me in my entire life I will not going there! Ever

With the Coop shutting in Ruislip High Street, this is my closest branch. Finally sorted out an online account linked to my membership card and received a couple of virtual coupons. This store was extended a couple of years ago, but it's still a little cramped. Wide range of convenience store foodstuffs. Can recommend the vegetable tortilla chips.

The staff are usually very helpful and friendly, and the shelves are fully stocked. I wish it were bigger, it seems to make very little sense having a tiny supermarket which is trying to sell anything and everything, but doesn't really fulfil it's purpose. An example is the newspaper and magazine section, which is so large it's ridiculous. I would lose half of that space and use it to stock more food items. The alcohol section is also far too large for the size of shop. There are plenty of places to get generic alcohol, I want to see more Co-op food.

Store is always fully stocked with plenty of options.Staff have a nonchalant attitude on check out...I had alot of items and staff couldnt be bothered to assist me with bagging. Maybe some 'customer service training' could improve this?

Handy little Co-Op. Not a bad range of stuff, and prices fairly keen. Downside is that the shop is TOO SMALL. The staff trying to fill the shelves get in the way of customers. And customers jam up the aisles with buggies and bags. The shop needs a rethink in layout.

Very rude staff and I believe their behavior even goes worst depending on your skin color.Coop need to orient their teams on behavior and how to treat customers.Very unhappy, I just go few items, which I easily find there.

Seriously rude lady (middle aged with a long light pony tail) there telling me I need ID for Lemsip, even though I’m clearly old enough. I don’t have a choice as I needed it for family so I grab my ID and ask her to keep it aside since there aren’t many left. I come back within 5minutes and they’ve put it away and they didn’t even ask for ID this time. Waste of my time and just seems like she wanted to exercise the little power she feels in life

Oh my god what a bloody joke I've been to the co-op in Denham Croxley Watford and I thought the company wasn't half bad that was until I got to Ickenham, I am shocked and disgusted that you would hire someone or a group of individuals is shameful and with the way the manage here acts I don't think they'll have a job here much longer with that kind of attitude. It's a shame really because I really wanted to make a tiktok video on how friendly your staff are but now I'd rather tell them to go elsewhere. Their attitude was so bad I would've given the place -10 stars if google allowed me.

I don't even want to give this a review. Today was the worst experience I've ever encountered. The female staff with glasses was beyond rude, had a very disgusting behaviour. I misunderstood that she was stocking and I took the meat and she aggressively snatched it out of my hands and she with an attitude said Don't take anything out of my trolley" and even had the audacity to throw the meat back in the trolley. How vile! There were two customers there and both ladies agreed that she was rude. Racist too perhaps."
