Popped in for the first time for a walk in flu jab. Greeted by a lovely young lady at the counter, very pleasant to everyone that came in ( even if customers weren’t responsive!) Had my flu jab together with my husband from a gentleman at the back, again, very courteous and polite. Thank you. I know it’s not always easy being positive. Keep up the hood work

Refused to give me my medication, due to my trying to pay with a £50 note.I went to another pharmacy straight after and they laughed and said morally that’s unacceptable, and happily checked my note with their eye and accepted it.Young blonde hair girl was rude and making comments under her breath.Female manager & male at front desk were polite.

Incredibly helpful and polite staff. I want to say thank you to the girl who helped me yesterday whilst I went back and forth with my doctors over my prescription. Being in an area I’m unfamiliar with and unwell I really appreciated her help.

Indifferent, can't-do staff. Treated the customer before me without sympathy, leaving him stressed and they demonstrate impatience with customers when they are busy. One or two staff are kinder but I have never seen them go the extra mile. They are often out of stock with my medication and never apologetic. Finally registered with another pharmacy.Update March 2022. I emailed them at their requested to resolve this. Silence from Kamsons.

Well what can I say, absolutely brilliant! I always have a great experience at this pharmacy, the staff are very helpful, polite and beautiful. Will be coming back for sure!!

I found that they were very helpful & polite to me, as I am currently housebound and I needed urgent supply of my medication, which was ready. This was done by telephone & I was able to arrange taxi to collect & deliver to my front door. Thank you

Although this is a very busy and small branch, I have been impressed by how responsive they are.The pharmacist will take time with each patient and makes sure to leave them satisfied. The staff are polite and helpful. Great overall management.I live far from this branch and there are other pharmacies on the way, however, because of the great experience I’m willing to travel further to Kamsons in Whitehawk.
