Had the wife’s car serviced today and very pleased with the whole experience from booking it in to collecting it again. Very professional and friendly staff look after you and keep you posted with a video revue of your vehicle for reassurance that all is well! The loan car was nice and clean and with an offer to go through the controls by the service dept which was impressive! Picked her car up again at the estimated time all washed and ready to go! A top drawer dealership !

I bought a car from this dealer recently. There were a few issues which I wasn't happy with initially but after contacting Adrian Judd, all my concerns were handled in the most professional and efficient manner by Adrian personally. Adrian is truly a very valuable asset to this business. His communication skills and manners are second to none. I found him very understanding and extremely helpful. Adrian really went the extra mile to meet all my requirements and concerns. My purchase experience was turned from bad to great mainly due to Adrian. Thank you Adrian so much. I also wish to say a big thank you to Chris Walker who was also very helpful in answering my questions soon after my purchase. Chris set up my Mercedes Me account quickly and also helped to change the set up after I had a private number plate fitted on my car.In the end I had a great purchase experience.

Best car buying experience ever! Didn't really know which car I wanted and after discussing my needs with Simon he found the perfect car for me. The presentation of the vehicle was excellent so after a run through of the specification we went for a test drive and I quickly made my mind up. No pressure to buy on the day but after running through the various finance options I decided to put down a deposit to secure my new car. All the extra protection warranties were thoroughly expained so I choose the ones that suited my requirement. When I went back to finalise the deal the paperwork was straight forward and one of the technicians stayed late to make sure I was all set up on my smartphone and linked to Mecedes Me. Thanks to all the staff that made me welcome and comfortable.

After we lost faith at another Mercedes garage, Wade at Southampton has most certainly restored it and made our purchase a really easy and pleasurable experience. He was genuinely interested and caring in what was best for us, and I am in love with our new EQC! It was with Wade's help and guidance that we went for this particular model and he knew how much I would love it before I did! Around 12 years ago, we had a not so good experience with Mercedes of Southampton but as it was time to replace one of our cars, we decided to go and see if anything had changed at Southampton and we are pleased we did. The changes that we saw are all positive and we had the very good fortune to be introduced to Tamara Taylor who went over and above in looking after us. The dealership is a welcoming environment and Tamara took the time to listen to our needs and at no point did we feel under pressure or rushed to make any decisions. The car we had initially gone to view had subsequently been sold but Tamara found us a much nicer car than the one we had intended to view, which came from a different dealership within the group. We were impressed that Tamara wasn't intent in just selling us a car from the Southampton stock, instead our needs were considered and the right car was selected, and we are very impressed with it. Everybody we had the good fortune to speak with at Southampton went over and above our expectations. Well done Marshalls, in particular Tamara, you have changed our opinion of the Southampton dealership and we look forward to a positive future with you. Plus, if your a coffee lover, their coffee machine is fantastic.

I am surprised by how hard it is to get any support or even a response from Marshalls Mercedes Benz in Southampton. Their after sales support has been woeful with no call backs or replies to E-mail. Their “chat” on the Marshalls FaceBook page does not work, you get a response, but no follow up.My S63 Coupe was clearly poorly prepared. Within 6 weeks and less than 1000 miles I have had issues with Brakes, Transmission, Seals and yesterday Electronics and safety systems. There have been parts on back order for over a month now, with no progress or status update despite constant chasing.I am left with the very strong feeling that they simply do not care now they have my money (and my excellent old SL63 which they sold very quickly) and have fobbed me off with unprofessional and uncaring responses (when they have bothered to respond).I have had 18 Mercedes cars in a row, starting with an old 300E Estate, through various others including AMG models, ie CLK55/63, C43/63 and SL 500/60/65, before arriving today with the AMG S63. This should be the pinnacle of Mercedes automotive excellence yet it feels disappointing due to the Cars preparation and the after sales support from Marshalls.This is my first ever 1* review, I wish I did not have to write it as I am a Mercedes Benz devotee…perhaps its time for a change of Marque?
