Cathy and Colin and their colleagues steered us through all the decisions that needed to be made and keeping us on track with things that we needed to have input on to ensure that everything ran smoothly. After ringing around a few places, Colin Fisher offered an excellent price and more for your money! They were accommadating in what we asked for. Nothing was too much trouble. Our driver and his associate were very lively in a positive way, distracted from heartache of a loved one. We would like to thank everyone involved, it was a great service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful.Colin Fishers (Cathy and Colin) handled every aspect of the cremation with service we had planned with them making it so much less stressful for us at a time of great stress and sadness. The service they provide for the prices they offer are a bargain!They very promptly arrived to pick up my dad after he had passed in the early hours of the morning (we tried a number of other places who wanted documents filled out first!!!!) and made sure he was taken to a place of rest.The service itself was incredible, held in the beautiful grounds at Bluebell cemetery with a lovely modern chapel. We had a celebrant (Alan Vance) who carried out the service and visited us a few days before to run through everything, he was amazing - all of our family said they would have him down Luton when they next need someone to do a service.I would highly recommend using Colin Fishers.

We felt like our mum was well looked after, respected and cared for and you looked after us in the same way. We have used Colin Fisher twice over the past few years for family funerals. On both occasions the service from Colin and Cathy was first class. The whole process was handled by the team and there was very little we had to worry about. They had recommendations for florists, the celebrant, the wake. Nothing was too much trouble.On the days of both funerals the respect shown by Colin and his team was superb. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A wonderful place with excellent prices and service. After my beloved father Harry passed away at home after hospice care, the undertakers from Colin Fisher who came to retrieve him were very respectful to him.We were called by them later that day with advice and information on the next steps, which we would have been very lost without. I am very grateful for their patience and kindness as we navigated this process.Flowers could be ordered through them, which made getting the arrangements in place much easier and stress-free. Thank you Colin Fisher for the beautiful DAD arrangement, it did me and my siblings proud.On the day of the service they were once again wonderfully respectful. They were fantastic at guiding my brother through being a pallbearer; he had been worried about making a mistake but they were thorough, making sure it went without a hitch.Their website is very clear and easily accessible, with prices and packages clearly displayed. And the communication was consistently very good. We never felt left in the dark.This kind of experience, losing someone precious and finding yourself lost and confused in the world they're no longer in, is made much easier by service like this. I very much recommend it and wish anyone reading this the best.

Cathy Chatfield was very compassionate and sympathetic when organising my brother's funeral and on the day of the funeral Colin and his team were amazing and gave my brother a good send off.
