We used KBC to replace our old existing bathroom and are delighted with the end-result. There was an initial delay caused by an issue that came to light when the old suite was removed, but this was not KBC's fault. Louis and his team were punctual, polite and worked very hard on the build, dealing with any issues that came up as the build progressed, and keeping us well-informed. The tiler (sorry, can't remember the name) did a fantastic job too.RM21029 - job number

Got a quote from them but they were 3 times the price. Go to Howdens or get a tradesman who gets their discount from them. Much better option.

The KBC team were excellent, there was a few issues with the install to begin with, but they managed to sort them out straight away. It seems that customer care and quality are their main priorities.Steve, the bathroom installer was reliable and efficient. Will use again.

Apparently, 3 sink units with furniture are too small job for them. This was their answer after chasing almost 2 weeks for a quote. Disappointing...

DO NOT USE this company we have had 2 years of hell the initial cost was £7500 for a new bathroom the plumber had to come back 9 times this company takes no responsibility they will tell you they subcontracted and have no come back 2 years later British Gas have said the current leaks are down to poor workmanship and so our insurance will not cover the damage to our living room ceiling the leaking pipes the need to refit the shower tray and the re-grouting save yourself a lot of stress and costs
