The Hair Room

I'm not that comfortable in hairdressers as I have fine hair and dread the comments I sometimes get. I need not have worried here as Natasha was really professional and put me at my ease. I then relaxed and she cut and styled my hair. I was over the moon with how it looked she did a brilliant job. Thanks very much. I highly recommend this salon I wish I lived nearby as I would always be getting my hair done here.

The Hair Room is an excellent hair salon. Mark the owner is great! Not only is he a great hair dresser he is a lovely guy too. Everyone is friendly and the whole experience is enjoyable and feels like a treat! I love my new hair cut, not only does my hair look great it feels great too! Thanks.

What can I say about this salon today I have had my hair done by Mark the owner and my hair is perfect but due to grandparent commitments I have to have my appointments at late notice so I have other hairdressers at this salon a few just to mention Vici, Joanne all been fabulous my daughter even travels from Boston Spa I give it and absolute 5 star you will not be disappointed.

Really friendly hair salon, instantly made me feel as though I had been going their for years.After messaging Mark a couple of times over Facebook messenger, I got a really good vibe and decided to book my wedding hair with them. A bargain for £25 and a trail for the same. In the trail Natasha was super nice and did such a lovely job with my hair, Mark also introduced himself to me which made me feel so welcome and at ease. On my wedding day, it felt like I new everyone in the salon, such a happy and friendly environment, again Natasha did a great job. Sadly I don't live close, if I have the time I will definitely go back and I have highly recommended it to people already.Great team!ThankyouSal

Lovely staff. Clean and tidy. Offered a drink and magazines. Shampoo includes relaxing head massage. Mark 1, talks you through the best style suitable. Made to feel very special. Excellent cut and restyle. Everyone comments how much younger I look.Thankyou Mark and staff. 5 *

We hadn’t been to the hair room for a while and we are so glad we went back. We couldn’t have been made more welcome and both my daughter and I had beautiful haircuts and came away very very happy customers. Thanks to Mark and all his wonderful team.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend Kim who has cancer. She’s having chemo and her hair was falling out. Joanne took on the job of styling what was left. It was shoulder length and Joanne took so much care and attention in styling it into a brilliant short and trendy pixie look. She was so gentle and kind, and so talented! Kim was very nervous going, thinking she’d be just having it cut off. When it was finished, she cried with joy! She loved it so much and was so relieved and happy, thinking she’d adopt the same style when her hair grows back. Thank you so much Joanne for doing what you did! We’d recommend you to everyone!
