Turncroft Dental Practice

Have only been with turncroft for about 3 months with Rucha and her team they are so welcoming and put you at easeVery pleased with the work I’ve had done

Great experience. I’ve changed to this practice due to Danny leaving my previous dentist.After an appointment from hell, where I was ultimately left in agony over the weekend after visiting {my} dentist in fallowfeild, I contacted Danny to see where he was now based.As soon a I arrived, he empathised with me, knowing my nerve was completely exposed. Within that time, he didn’t only fix the issue but took the pain away completely.Can’t praise his efforts enough.

I am very nervous about visiting the Dentist, but this practice with Mr Nicol helped to elevate that, he of course has now retired. I have been reallocated to Rucha - dentist, Ellie - nurse and Fahima - nurse, and Rucha and her team have been fantastic, indeed just had 3 teeth extracted by Rucha and I actually felt nothing, no problems whatsoever.Rucha and team has a way of calming you down and making everything OK.Just one thing to say really; Thank you.Maggs Dean.

Lovely efficient reception, Mr Maddison, and Dental nurse, very pleasant, and made you feel confident and at ease .

Myself and my daughter had a check up with a dentist called Paul recently after trying to find an nhs dentist for a while, I’ve got to say he didn’t do a very good job and was rough with me , didn’t ask about meds or our health or even X-ray my daughters teeth , no gum check either . I’m glad I found someone else who is a good dentist , my daughter needs a filling !! I def don’t recommend.

I have been using the service for 8 months now, Rucha and her team fantastic. Given me my confidence to smile back. 10/10.

Disgusting service, since Dr Nicol has left this place has gone down hill and should be shut down or reviewed by some form of commission.

UPDATE: I was booked in to see a different dentist who refused to see me because I refused treatment from the other dentist. They said I could be seen by the lady dentist, but that didn't happen either! I can't even change dentists because there are no more available in Stockport and Manchester. I've bought temp filling from Boots. I'll do my own dental work now.I'm conflicted about how many stars to give this place. The last time I came here, I would have given it 5 stars. Today, I would give the two girls on the reception desk 5 stars, but the dentist I had my checkup with was awful. He doesn't deserve one star.Never in all my years have felt so anxious at a dentist visit.I'm still feeling a bit shaken up now.I could barely understand him as it was, but on top of that, he was very rude. I didn't feel like he listened to me at all. He wasn't even gentle with the mirror. How on earth do you hurt someone's mouth with that little mirror?!He blew cold air on my bad tooth to see exactly which one was in need of treatment, and that should have been enough. He then put something cold on that tooth, like cream or something that I couldn't get off! It was like holding something metal against my bare nerves.I was in so much pain. I couldn't wait to get home and take painkillers.The lovely girl on reception understood when I said I didn't want to see him again. She booked me straight back in with a different dentist. I can't fault her. She was very understanding.
