Ridiculous… last night 8/12/23 I ordered a family feast and was short 1 piece of chicken and my 1.5 litre of Pepsi trying to call the shop and no one answered the phone. Today 9/12/23 still calling and still can’t get to talk to someone about the issue.

Utterly disgusted with the dirty tricks the employees play on customers. Not only did the chips taste somewhat like it was just reheated quickly, but the drink I had was DEFINITELY WATERED DOWN. One sip and I knew straight away - you did not have enough liquid for the drink so you added tap water to make it seem full. I am horrified by this atrocious action, and despite the rest of the food being okay this made me really crestfallen at how customers are being treated. The normal colour of the drink should be much darker, but now it looks like I was served urine.

Brought my kids there after school. The tables are a disgusting mess with old food strewn all over the tables. and on the floor. 10 kids in the back corner playing rap music loudly and shouting rap lyrics and vaping inside. Climbing on tables throwing chairs around. Told the manager on the way out and essentially shrugged his shoulders and mumbles something. Avoid like the plague.

EVERY TIME I ORDER AND HAVE IT DELIVERED I NEVER RECEIVE THE FULL ORDER! EVEN A SIMPLE ORDER '4 FILLET BOX MEALS' AND THIS STORE NEVER GETS IT RIGHT. AND YOUR UBER DRIVER GABRIEL IS BLOODY RUDE AS WELL!!

Very disappointing - always think of KFC as being the market leader in the sector, but evidently, this Branch doesn't agree. Ordered via the kiosk, reasonably long wait as the staff dealt with online orders. Chicken was dry, fries were almost nonexistent (27 fries in the portion) and bottle of water was warm to the touch. Better service, food and price available from the competition.

Seems to be the the place to hangout if you're a feral kid. 8 of them walked in and went to the back, started vaping, shouting and swearing. They didn't order anything. They were then joined by another low life who rode his full size electric bike into the seating area, he tried getting money off them, swore and rode it out. Next came a group of 4 who walked straight through and towards the toilets, then went straight out the rear fire exit. Manager and staff took no notice. Probably couldn't say anything because they were all of an ethnic minority! Shame how things now are that you have to be around all that. Won't bother again going in there if that's KFC'S acceptable standards. Certainly don't take your kids in there if you've brought them up to be polite and respectful of others.

Had lunch here at KFC last Sunday with my grandsons (their choice) The chicken breast was barely warm as were the chips that had salt and pepper on. I don't like pepper. Very disappointing meal

I can’t believe what I received yesterday. I ordered a rap, and a fillet burger and what they sent me... it is unacceptable!!! I’ve been calling them for the past 12 hours, no one picks the call. The rap was even chopped on the side with nothing inside just a tiny hard chicken ... what is that? Is it a joke? I need my order back or a refund. I didn’t want to write a review but you gave me no choice since you’ve refused to answer my calls.

This is not the best KFC, yet again they did not include all the items we ordered and paid for. Only discovered this when we arrived home, left two messages on their answerphone and am still waiting for a call back.
