Been a customer for some time now. It's hard to rave about a storage unit, but I'll try. The access (24/7) is a huge perk for me. The level of security gives me peace of mind, and the cleanliness makes me know I made a good choice getting a unit here.Dealing with Darren has always been smooth and informative. Thanks!

There is so often fly tipping outside here, people who use this and need to clear out their unit just dump it.This has been happening for so long so Shurgard either need to get significantly better at working with the police or this place needs to shut.

Modern, clean, secure and most importantly automated booking and entry system. When I needed a last minute solution it was done in minutes. Reasonable pricing. Received follow up service call to check all was well.

UPDATE:Disgusted with this company lately…the price increases in one year have been pure greed and unjustifiable so I will be making plans to move on!Have been very happy using this storage company...its a good location and easy to access too. Darren the manager is not only lovely but also very efficient and dealing with him has been an absolute pleasure! Today I met his colleague Dan who also provided fantastic service when I needed to make some changes to my storage arrangement. They quickly got onto it and sorted everything out promptly. Great staff and great storage company so 5 out of 5 for me. Thanks guys!

Darren and Nico were amazing. They work in the 19 Greenwood location and not at this location but they remote manage this tactility. The actual facility is clean, convenient and has good opening hours. However, the whole remote management was a nightmare. I spoke to no less than 4 different people at the main call line and they all gave me misinformation one way or another. It was a big headache trying to get a proper the contract and figure out the right size storage.

I think some of these 5 star reviews are old from when it used to be run by A&A. I was storing at this location for over a year with A&A and was completely happy until Shurgard took them over. While most things remained the same, Shurgard increased the monthly fee I was paying by 50% with no increased value to me, and in fact they closed the office where there was previously always a member of staff during working hours - usually Darren who is really friendly and helpful. They also messed up my direct debit 3 times and kept repeatedly emailing and phoning me for no reason.Raising prices and cutting staff is a sure sign they're in it to squeeze as much money as possible at any cost. I've now left and store elsewhere in Camden at a much better price. This really is one of the most expensive storage places out there - shop around if you have the option!

Very helpful, friendly yet professional manager of the site, Darren understood my needs of the storage space better than I did and he offered me more spacious room then what I was looking for, which met my needs. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and thoughtfulness of Darren.Facility itself is very clean, with out of the hours access, two locked doors for security and trolleys available for moving things around.All in all, excellent service, affordable and great location.

Excellent service and clean dry units. Highly recommended. I am only too happy to say how good the service from Darren is as he understands how much of a struggle I have had with my transfer of storage from up in Northampton to here and he has been so helpful, he is amazing. Can't say how much I appreciate his help as I would have been stuck without him. CHEERS MATE, ONE IN A MILLION!!!

As first time customer at Shurgard Euston I was surprised how fantastic customer service they have and the storage facilities have exceeded my expectations in security and cleanliness. I would highly recommend anyone to use this location and lastly a shot out to Darren the manager that make the entire experience suburb. Many thanks and keep up the good work!!

Would like to leave a 5 stars review for Darren the store manager, he was very very helpful and friendly! He even helped me on a Friday night out of work hours when I had some trouble getting in. Cheap and spacious place, 24 hours self access. Can drive your car into the main entrance under shelter. They also have loading trolleys available, makes moving so much easier.
