Brilliant customer service. I had a slight problem with my framed picture, but Andy (one of the owners) was straight on the phone to put things right. He apologised and admitted they had messed up, then really went out of his way, over and above, to put things right. You can tell he's really passionate about his business and reputation, which is a credit to him. Great job and great customer care. Exemplary business practice! Thanks, I'll be back soon.

Ive recently had my partners memorabilia from his service days framed. Absolutely amazed and blown away with the finished piece. The quality of it, the service i recieved and the fantastic finish. Took me by surprise how big it was. Very reasonably priced! Great service from start to finish, would highly recommend and definitely would use this company again. Very helpful young team. Framed two items here and the cost was very reasonable and the final result of good quality. Would certainly recommend them but also take a look round their show spaces for glass and mirror products.

Had some really unique true crime items framed by these folks and honestly couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out; they followed my instructions to the letter and the finished product looked incredible.Was a little reluctant at first whether they would even deal with this type of stuff but they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Would recommend 100% and will definitely be using again.
