Booked a tyre replacement and alignment online, arrived early to my booking & they started straight away. Fast, friendly, cheap & efficient service.

Dishonest and unprofessional.1. why they are dishonest:Driving for half an hour there just now. I pre-booked my service online and supply my Reg No. Their price is £140 for the major service for my astra. But when I got there they said it should be another £40 for the dexos 2 oil, which is compulsory for my car. They pointed out their quotation says they mentioned this price may be added. But the problem is if it is optional upgrade, it will fine. But they think it is compulsory, so why don't they put the price in the package after they know my REG number??2. Why they are unprofessional.I asked about the spark plug change. They even don't know if the plugs need to be replaced. After a good search of 10 mins, they told me it does need a plug change. So if I don't mention it, they will not be changed, and the old plugs will be in use for the next whole year! I am an engineer so I know the plugs should be changed now, but if YOU are familiar with engineering and you trust them, you may be put in DANGER by this garage!!Overall, I got a bill of more than £320 (Could not remember exactly number ). And I left.When I got home, I found the Vauxhall main dealer charged for £305 for this job!!!So, avoid if you have more choice!
