Celebrate In Style - with Clair Louise

This review is long overdue, however, avoid Celebrate In Style at all costs. We spent nearly 2 years planning our wedding, with every other supplier providing top class service, apart from Claire. Her mistakes had a detrimental impact on our day. We had great initial impressions, however, on the day we were let down with the wrong ruffle hoods (a completely different colour to what we agreed), the wrong light up letters which Claire hired out to another event, despite us securing these well before, and a garland for the top table which was sparse and not what we agreed.If you’re planning an event like a wedding, I’d recommend going with a supplier who is recommended by a family member/friend or who has a proven track record.

I have had a great experience with this Company many times, from balloons for my children's birthday, to help with planning my wedding. If it weren't for them I would be lost as I can't organise anything. Clair was very polite and professional. I can say I will definitely be using this Company again and would recommend to anyone and everyone.Thank you clair for all your help

I first got in touch with Clair via email when I hadn't realised she was in Staffordshire and our wedding was in Somerset but that didn't stop her! After discussing what we wanted and feeling completely at ease we decided to go ahead and book and so glad we did. Clair is incredibly professional and an incredible lady who works so hard to make sure your decor is how its meant to be. Even down to a last minute whatsapp message about bringing something extra about 20 minutes before she left home, which apparently was no problem at all! We honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, Thank you Clair!

The balloon that I had made for my sons 6th birthday in April was amazing he was so wowed by it plus went perfect with his cake and the balloon is still up from April so defiantly worth the money.. I'm coming back for my daughters but I would highly recommend these beautiful balloons especially when she styles them just to what you need and ask for... Big thumbs up
