I’ve eaten here multiple times over the last few weeks and without fail the staff have been amazing. Erin and Tyler are absolutely wonderful!

Dropped in for a quick meal before a movie and had a great chat with the staff here. Nandos is pretty consistent with their food, but I'm always happy to see extra condiments, a sink for handwashing, and good service.

Pleasantly surprised, it was tasty and quite filling. Will probably go again, would feel comfortable bringing our child there too.Reasonably priced too, about £30 for two adults including drinks.The chicken in my chicken burger was perhaps a bit dry, but overall very tasty. The fries are decent too.

Called in for lunch on the 9th August - the food was mediocre, and nowhere near what we have enjoyed previously at Nandos. The service was incredibly slow with many tables complaining about the long waits. Many tables were also receiving refunds, so presumably many orders had also been taken down incorrectly. The atmosphere of the place was let down by drivers from delivery companies complaining about the waits to collect food which they were supposed to be delivering - this was exacerbated by delivery drivers attempting to argue with members of staff at Nandos. It was sadly clear that the place was either incredibly short staffed and/or very poorly managed during our trip, however a shout out must go to the hard working young man who served us (did not manage to catch his name), as he seemed to be the dogsbody for everyone else - if it was not for him, I would've struggled to have found anything positive that justified awarding more than one star.

Very good service. Special mention to Drew who was especially helpful and friendly. We ordered straight to the table from our phone which worked fine and everything arrived reasonably promptly.Restaurants wasn't too busy considering that it was right before Christmas. We were told it had been a very busy week which meant a number of menu items were out of stock.Restaurant looked clean and presentable. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

Nando's Sheffield - The Moor
Two of us for lunch today, staff friendly and helpful, food ordered via their QR link no problems. Food arrived quickly we both had the hot sauce and it was enough to give some heat but might go for the extra hot next time. My corn on the cob was well cooked I find restaurants can sometimes either over or undercook these. Reduced atmosphere by a couple of stars as the screen behind the table was extremely dirty (I did point it out to a staff member).

Very quick food. Nice team members however my butterfly burger bun was really hard I raised with a team member who fetched another one which was worse and she just took the buns away never offered a refund or a new meal or anything very disappointing

Nando's Sheffield - The Moor
The restaurant is located in the city centre, upstairs inside the shopping centre. It was not too busy when I arrived and the staff were friendly and very attentive.The food and drinks were served reasonably quickly and of good quality. While the restaurant did get fairly busy, it was not noisy.I would definitely come here again.
