Tesco Petrol Station

No message anywhere that, the petrol station is closed and no fuel available on this page or hours of opening today. I am beyond my fuel light, and wasted 3miles there and back, that I can't afford to loose even an ounce. I can only reach the closest station, either direction, now I can go but not enough to get home if I can't get any fuel. I suspect others are in the same situation in the village areas. I already had to let work know I couldn't make it in. Please Tesco sort it out, or you will have a fair few stuck vehicles in and around Tescos. I thought I would write this review so that others are not caught short too.

It's a petrol station. Not 24x7 - pay at pump closes some evenings and weekend nights so don't rely on this location for late night fuel ups!Small shop has basics and snacks, but is normally open the same hours as the main Tesco store 100 meters away.

Good access to pumps and pay kiosks. Although the door to shop was difficult to open and closed, due to my disability. Diesel price was a bit more than Asda's prices. Not sure about wheelchair access.

I have to say a huge thank you to the two gentleman working in the petrol station yesterday, one of my brake lights went out on the way to my driving test. They were so kind and lent us screwdrivers and let us check the new bulbs fit before purchasing them. Superstars that helped me out in a very stressful situation, thanks to them I went on and passed my test!

Probably not the best move to shut half the pumps, and then force everyone to pay at the kiosk, especially in the rush hour.Added an extra 10-15 minutes onto my commute back, so not best pleased

I wish I could leave a 0 stars cause this situation doesn’t deserve even 1 star, as it’s a bad behaviour and negligence, on Sunday 16/08/20 , I put unleaded petrol with the correctly pump on my car after less than a mile my car stopped and surprisingly I found out after hiring a professional taking off all product of the tank which is probably not petrol it’s most like Ad blue not even water as it was an excuse of the manager which who try to cover this even still didn’t got a refund of this and already pay more than 300 £ Just with the service of and repairing my car as he probably has more damage, also head office of Tesco are taking too long of taking of solving this and I still haven’t been rewarded with nothing. I need the car for working and I just have wasted too days of working because of this. If you want an advice don’t pump there or try to keep your receive ticket just in case but I would never come back here again even not for shopping as the poor service I got.

Waited 10 minutes to be authorised from the young guy at the kiosk. The guy inside had a little fun

On Saturday filled up the petrol paid £43 and tesco hold another £120 without my authorisation. Wait for 2 days the money hasn't returned. Went back Monday afternoon to confirm about this transaction, the staff seems not fully understand about the issue, theirs answer is the money will go back to your account in a few hours.Well it's been 3 days now.They said this not Tesco, you should call your BANK.They even shout to my partner. This is ridiculous.The BANK doesn't take money without any Authorisation, It's TESCO, TESCO took the money without any explanation or authorisation.Lack of Customer Service.Very sad.Date visit was 14/08/23Time: 15:10
